A Big couple of days down in Augusta cleaning up all of the stuff published over the last year or so in preparation for the WAGB event. We got out on the boat cleaning up the Blackwood river caches and a number of small series of caches aswell as hosting a couple of events in town. Thanks to the local COs for a great mid-week explore. We had a blast.

Down in Augusta for a great midweek getaway. Caching with like minded people and enjoying the local pub after some hard days Geocaching. The weather was less than ideal with Augusta living up to the 4 seasons in one day motto. That being said it was great fun and I would do it all over again. Just maybe in a little bigger boat! Anyway I will be back for WAGB and collect whatever I have missed then! Thanks to the local and some not so local COs for the caches places down here to keep me coming back.

Found it. TFTC pood. Spent the weekend in and around Augusta and teamed up with papillion367, ullyssia and meme28. Logs were signed as PUMPP. The weather was not good but the team was great. Most were found in reasonable time but there were a few that proved to be a bit more difficult . All were replaced as found.

Yay, FTF Some days ago I spotted a string of new caches in the area. But they were along a river, and not an option at present. TaurusSix mentioned a new string and I presumed it was the river caches. But no, another along a track. We were not in a position to travel for them that day. On the other hand, this day was good for a run down this way. This cache presented a tight spot for parking. I had to resort to parking in a way that partially blocked the way (although if you went the other way around the centre island you'd get around me). The cache itself was easily found but was a little harder to access that others. The blank log was worth the effort though. Unfortunately, when I got back into the car and I loaded up the next cache I was surprised, and a little dissappointed, that BF03 had been found - other geocaches were in the area. I noted that BF1 and BF2 were in a likewise state. I was thinking my FTF streak was over.
