Getting the count up today finding caches with goingplaces2. Had some fun and did a lot of walking. TFTC.
Happy to be able to check off some of this series of multi caches, together with ilook4geo. Enjoyed finding the well made containers but had to give up on the rest after getting very much walked out for the day. This was a nice easy find with good co-ordinates. Thanks go to Booo Booo for this series.
While I had a day off from work, with such weather I needed to go for a walk. Now walking up and down this now very busy road doesn't seem so nice, I also got to make some progress on this multi trail. Thanks for the cache.
Day out in Luddenham/ Bringelly area to do the A9 series. Got all final co ordinates found for the series and managed to sign 14 caches for the afternoon. This leaves 5 more to find. Fav
Out for a days caching with the gong gangsters. We came looking for caches in the Luddenham area. There were plenty of new caches out here since we were last here. Thanks to the COs for placing and maintaining the caches we found.TFTC
Out and about today with The Rats and Hoojar around Western Sydney tackling a number of solved puzzles, multis and whatever else we could find along the way.Another one off the list.TFTC!
Between Steeba, The Rats, and myself, it is over three months since we've all been home at the same time. So with us all back in the same place at the same time, it was the perfect reason to head out caching for a day. A cold and windy Sunday in western Sydney, aiming for a few series that we hadn't yet found. We found a heap of caches, of which this was one. As always the journey is better than the destination, and the banter made the journey.Cheers
Out on a geo-cycling day with SueDan83. It's been awhile since I've been on the bike and gosh I'm feeling it today! Nonetheless, it's been a fun couple of hours getting out and moving and finding some more creative caches from Booo Booo.Heading down to GZ was a joy. Coming back up... Not so much and embarrassingly, I had to dismount and do the walk of shame for the last 10m or so ???? A clever hide too! Many thanks for placing this and bringing me here today ??
we collected the info needed and proceeded to GZ with care and made a quick find here TFTC
We found the required information and headed off to GZ to find a very well constructed 3D printed cache container. Love the creativity, thanks.
Found while out clearing up a few local unfound caches, a nice 3D container, thanks.
A cooler day and overcast plus a light breeze - perfect for geocaching. We parked at Bringelly and cycled a total of 25km to complete the remaining 6 multis in this series. Cycling is the best way to do these caches. We had previously worked out the GZ coords and had ran out of daylight and energy to get to GZ. Today, we cycled down this quiet road and looked for the expected cache but it wasn't there. Of course, we should have been expected the unexpected. A nice container. Thanks Booo Booo
This was a nice opportunity to get out on a nice day on my mtb for a bit of a change from riding on trails in the bush. A very different experience not having to choose a safe line and avoid rocks and stick etc, and enjoyed the smooth path for a change. I was hoping to get a little further than I managed to, but as Im one of the worst puzzle solvers and not so great at finding well hidden caches either, I got too frustrated to continue any further than I got this day.I had to proceed with care to this one, as it has been many years since Ive actually had to ride on a road! Although Im sure its normally quiet, I did have to contend with a couple of cars and trucks, which was a little unnerving for me, due to lack of recent experience, and then theres the dogBut never mind, the cache was soon located and duties performed.
#13677 14:50OCW Martin Cousins and Brewmaker to tackle the A9 series.Wearing Hi-Viz jackets and car packed on the shoulder of the road, we found all caches without a problem.TFTC Booo Booo
A cool and overcast day - perfect for caching. Sue joined Mulga Dan to cycle along the A9 to attempt these multis. And we had a great day! The caches had variety in both the data to be collected at WP1 and the way the caches were hidden at GZ. We parked at Bringelly and travelled North first before returning for afternoon tea at the car then heading South.Thank you very much Booo Booo for setting up this fine series.Ran out of time and energy to go to GZ. No worries, we have the coords worked out ready for the next time we travel along the A9.
OCW CB666, at what turned out to be last of the day found the starting point, a solution, then a drive to a vey wet end, seems a lot of rain overnight. A short walk and a well moulded find blending in well. 3rd time tracking and finding the series. TFTC and the walks.
OCW with Dragons2010 on a very overcast day to collect the latest 8 in the series . This was the last find for the day and maybe the last of the series - who knows- Northern Road is quite long. After making checker happy at the posted coordinates we drove along a stretch of road to virtual end. We tried to park in a less slushy spot and made our way to a fantastic designed cache which looked as if it belonged . TFTC Booo Booo
Found Marty! Out for a pleasant geocaching afternoon along the A9. All caches found at accurate coords, and in good condition. OCW Martin Cousins and Brewmaker. TFTC Booo Booo
Finding the waypoint took a few minutes, but the cache was a park and grab. The take care part for me was almost hitting a certain bird. Duck!TFTC.
Streak Day #3865 -Out this way with Dave8153 for our cache of the day. Quick find for us today. TFTC
9 February 2024This is find number: 9172Streak Day: 2976Found Today with Snoopy1976, took a few minutes to find the answer for the checker and an easy find once at GZ. ThanksThanks to Booo Booo for placing and maintaining this cache. TFTC
Second to find. Glad that a different geocacher was the first. A few finds and also a few no-luck ones today for me, TFTC
