Find# 12605Nice quick find. The cache lid is brokenWe added a mint tin to protect the logbook. TFTC my_name_jeff_1
On a quick trip with The Rats and Hoojar tackling caches around Goulburn and the wider area. Some great hides and a variety of finds.TFTC!
Off for a 24 hour caching trip with The Rats and Steeba. Aiming for the Goulburn and Southern Tablelands area. Dodging the rain predicted!Cheers
Pretty sure this is where I dropped this coin- else another letterbox nearby but believe it was here.
Driving past today, heading back home along the M31 after one of our regular trips visiting family in Violet Town (VIC). Today eldest geokid is at the wheel, adding about 10hrs to his logbook. Means we are only going 90kmh all the way to the central coast lol BUT that I can flick thru Cachly and hone in on some low-hanging fruit and, as a bonus, give us all some regular breaks in interesting places rather than the usual roadside dives. This "letterbox" cache is located at a dumping site tho, plus there was no stamp, so that was all a bit of a shame. So when life gives you lemons, sign a D4.5 log lol. TFTLBH, my_name_jeff_1.#2037
#20930 - 8:13:00 AM; Picked up a few caches, including this one, while headed to Goulburn for a meeting. Turns out I had more time than I realised as I was an hour early, so the bit of extra time I spent caching wasn't wasted! Interesting to read the earlier logs, as I managed to locate the cache and sign the log this morning. The lid is a bit the worse for wear, but it's still there! TFTC my_name_jeff_1
63ROOS and I driving around to NSW country to find heap caches....Stay Motel over night ...Hide well.... tks
What perfect weather today with ALL7 to catch up on some caches. Lovely spotted and signed in by stamp of us. TFTM P.S. Lid damage
On our way to Goulburn decided to try for this one but looks like someone was up to mischief and its missing. Devised a replacement till CO can check. Thanks for getting me out and about my_name_jeff_1
Another road trip to Goulburn to attend the monthly CITO and event, this time with Joolay and Aquilus1. We were running a bit early so decided to stop for a cache or two on the way in. What a pity that so much rubbish has been dumped here and yet the cache was missing. We found some bits to make a new container and popped in a log sheet in a baggie and placed it at GZ. We then checked with the CO at the event and he gave us permission to log the find. Thanks for hiding this cache my_name_jeff_1
With the evening events in Goulburn, with kittykatch and Joolay we made the journey down the highway in the afternoon. Nice to have the time in the warm car as the winter chill is strong! With a bit of time till the first event we stopped into this cache. A shame to see the area being used as a dumping point, and that along the way this cache was missing. Using what we could on us and found in the area we have made a replacement cache. The CO has said to go ahead with logging it. Thanks for the cache.
A really cold day, so great for car caching. Thanks to the CO for permission to log. TFTC
Regrettably we think this one is missing. Found a great hidey hole at the BOT with q few rocks n it but no cache. There has been lots of activity near GZ recently with heaps of rubbish dumped and signs that people may have been staying here. Thanks anyway, my_name_jeff_1.
Logging as found with the permission of the CO, who confirmed we were in the correct spot and that the cache has gone for a walk. Thanks, my_name_jeff_1!
Fun find with friends. Cache was missing and the CO gave permission for us all to log. A favourite here for this series. TFTC my_name_jeff_1.
I have to say that I was very pleased to be able to solve all but one of this series. That one, I had to seek some assistance. I decided to have a look at them when I knew that we would be in the general area of a number of them. Those that we looked for, were all found in good condition and with great coords.Thank you for adding to this fun addiction of ours.
GT37 and I had a great week of caching with Team Crackers and The Drovers in and around the Bathurst area. On the way back, we decided to do some more of the numerous caches around this area. We attempted mainly caches that we had solved although we did do some others after taking the wrong road.GT37 solved these a couple of nights ago so we looked for, and found, any that we came across. Coords were great and all finds in good condition. Thanks for placing this series for all to enjoy.
A short diversion and a quiet cl find after solving the puzzle last night. Thanks for the cache
Out for a days caching. Opted to spend the day in Canberra. Spent much of the day walking hills and grabbing lab caches.Really enjoyed my walk around the Black Mt precinct. This was one of a handful I found today. Thanks for contributing to my fun day.Last cache for the day. Good to knock off another chocolates cacheTFTC
Find#1917Found today on our way down to Goulburn. Me and Shaneo58 are down here to work on some challenge caches near home in the Hunter valley. After arriving here about 8pm we snuck off to find this letterbox cache. We solved this before we came down and made a simple find at GZ. Up early tomorrow for more caches in Goulburn and then off to Canberra. Log and cache in good condition TFTC
On a road trip with deni_f filling holes in a challenge cache back home in Newcastle. TFTC
Solved on my way home from last visit around here. Dropped by for a quick find. Such a shame this little area has become a dumping ground. TFTC
Geobash Easter Mega - Day #3 (Easter Saturday 30/3)Day three saw me head up the Federal Hwy towards Goulburn for a family reunion. I was asked to be there for at least a little while. So I left early and soon enough I found myself finding some solved WIGs and Letterboxs as well as others to and from Canberra. It was a great trip. Though I was pushing it time wise to get back in time for the big event [GCAKTHC]. I ended up getting back around 2:15pm-ish and that means I was just in time for the big event. That was certainly my first ever Geocaching Wedding attended. Congratulations Fitzy & Minniek. Afterwards A group of us went and found some nearby caches. Most of them were DSD multi-caches. Then it was time to head off and get some dinner and then back to the motel for some sleep. TB visit. If the cache wasnt signed as JohnoMawbs, it was signed as JM or as the tour group name. A big thanks to the CO for adding this cache to game for the Geocaching community to enjoy. TFTEs & TFTCs After finding the WIG trail which finished in Breadalbane, I headed off to find a couple of Letterbox caches. This was one of them. I solved this one a couple of weeks ago and today as I passed by I went to collect it. A nice quick find at GZ and soon it was signed and replaced. Now off to the next one. Thanks once again.
Out on a Mega caching effort with a couple of skilled accomplices and an excessive stock of tools and transport options. Thanks my_name_jeff_1.
Heading to the Mega so a small detour to pick up select caches. Some free climbs and some ladder climbs. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC
#7591Its MEGA time once again, this time in the Capital! Day 1!Today is a long day of driving, from Newcastle to Canberra with plenty of caching in between. Mainly grabbing oldies, DT squares, High FPs and anything else interesting end copy paste Relatively quick solve at home a few weeks ago and a nice easy find here today! TNLN SLThanks for placing and maintaining this cache my_name_jeff_1
Another puzzle in this series which made very good sense. We had a quick solve on this one and found it on our trip to Sydney. We are enjoying this series very much. It is often a great diversion on our drives up and down the highway. Thanks my_name_jeff_1Domsky

A nice little solve when this came out, and noticed it was only a quick detour off the highway this morning on my way to Sydney via Bungonia for a caving event! Spotted some train enthusiasts with their big cameras on my way here, but GZ was quiet and I was able to pull up for an easy find! TFTC my_name_jeff_1
TikvaNZ, Fox in Jox and I raced up the Federal Highway hoping for a ftf here, but someone had beaten us by about 40 minutes. It's a bit of a quandary, because that person - Loci612 - hasn't played the ftf game for some years now. But I can't claim ftf because I wasn't in the literal sense of the phrase, first to find. But that's okay. I'm sure there will be more chances. After this, the three of us headed to Bungonia for an event and a bunch of other caches. Thanks my_name_jeff_1 for another letterbox cache.
#21596 @1010Solved with ZQX on the way to Bungonia via Goulburn for today's event and caving fun. cache easily found with Fox in Jox and ZQX. TFTC.
