I've read David Copperfield, when I was in primary school, when I loved reading and it hadn't been wrecked by teachers picking books to pieces and spoiling the enjoyment of just a plain old good story.I can't remember much about the story, maybe I should read it again.I parked the geomobile and "Urnq uvtu ..... or would that be uvture??"Just in case I took a TOTT with me. The local postie cycled past just as I was crossing the road to the park. He didn't look at me as if it was an unusual thing to carry, just smiled, waved and called out hello. Once at GZ I put my TOTT on the ground and began to look around. With excellent co-ordinates I soon spotted the culprit. Didn't need that TOTT at all! You've made sure no pieces of the cache go missing. Nice construction!FP for this cache.TFTC # 6299

Had a day off and decided to head towards Campbelltown for some caching, saw the new caches coming up last night , so left as early as possible. Mostly quick and easy finds.TFTC Wilbert67
I located this well camouflaged cache blended in with the surroundings. Figured out extracting method and signed log and replaced, thanks.
Loved this one. Bit hard in the dying light, but excellent camo.__.-'--`-._'-O---O--'
The location of the cache was determined relatively quickly but where actually is it. Signed and then a slight panic because I had misplaced the top.Well there it is. Thanks again Sweemanda
OCW SueDan83 and having cleared out a few caches at Wedderburn we were now on our way home. However, we figured we could probably squeeze in one more and after scanning the map, we realised this relatively new cache was one neither of us had found yet so it was the winner! After parking the geo-mobile, a short walk brought us to GZ and after entering the canopy, I thought I could see something suss a bit further afield. So a change in perspective and Dan managed to get his hands on the cache. Nice one! Thanks for the cache! ??
OCW Meritonnn. After doing a few bushwalk caches at Wedderburn, we completed this nice drive-by cache. A good construction. TFTC Sweetmanda
One of the most difficult wearing SS shirt and shorts as scratches were made. Coords were pointing to zero there, a thorough search, nothing. Was leaving it for another time, when a last look somewhere else -saw something, on inspection it wasnt , but what was required, was nearby. TFTC
On my way to a few quick errands, I thought I must have time for the latest AGAAS. Maybe, but having time for the journey was another matter. Google Maps put me on a street on the wrong side, then the rain started pouring and my phone rang. After the call I drove onto the right road - who would've thought it would be Copperfield Drive... The rain had eased and not enough water was flowing through the ditch to stop me taking the most direct route.Once at the coordinates I proceeded to walk right up to the cache, before spending a few minutes walking about looking for it in other places. Eventually I spotted what appears to be Frankenstein's geocache, nicely engineered to be more complicated than necessary but not too complicated. Once everything was replaced as found, I followed the time-honoured tradition of geocaching - taking a less direct but far easier, quicker, way out.Still plenty of time for the errands too.
I think I got lucky here and started at the right spot. Surely the attachment should be secure!?!TFTC.
#10257 (2 of 5 today)Still "employed" during the day so only racing out late when I need calendar finds. And today I need four!Decided to clean up some new ones near Campbelltown, and with some time left decided to grab a fifth - a previous DNF found earlier in the day.No problem with any of them, thankfully. Huzzah!###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###Well, that's an interesting path to GZ - which was even being followed by a kid and his father walking a dog. And none of them noticed me.Spotted it pretty much immediately - you can be lucky sometimes - and made the grab. Added my name to the list of the victorious and replaced. Those finding in the near future beware as on one route to GZ there is an open stormwater pit.SLTNLNTFTC
[FTF] @ 1700 with EverestHigh. We spent the day caching around the area, with most of them belonging to the CO of this one. We were about to head home, when this was published and as it was only 2 and a bit km away, we had to get "just one more". After grabbing a cool drink, we made our way to GZ. A short walk in the park, and the neat camo was spotted, and a blank log to boot. Signed, replaced and then it was definitely time to head home, before a search party is sent out for us. TFTC
Spent the afternoon finding caches around this area, mainly by this CO. It was great to see this new cache published before we left. {FTF} at 5 pm. OCW Brewmaker. TFTC Sweetmanda
