I don't know one tree from another, so I just followed a Geotrail up and found the cache. TFTC.

A nice quick find. I got my bike off the back of the car and went for a wee ride! Thanks for placing your cache. Ms_KR and I are off on a cruise around the south of the South. Great to be away. The day was fine, and sunny with stunning views of the snow capped mountains.Occassionally signed MK+KR on cache logs, and apologies for the generic logs.Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches.

I think the terrain should go up a couple of notches otherwise a quick find in the long wet grass

Hal2929 hatched a plan to visit Five Rivers today to pick up the caches on the trail previously not yet placed last time I was here., So loaded up our bikes, some hydration, food and charged up phones and batteries .Off we went. Thanks to kiwinutter for all the work with placing and maintaining the caches. Good day out in Southland with pretty good weather. All the caches were pretty quick to find. and also in perfect condition.

Nice day for a walk. Time to pick up a few more of these on the track. A nice 9km return walk in between the bridges.

Good sized cache found, climbed from cycle track side.This cache log counts towards the Ramblers Reward challenge cache (GC2XBA7).Seemed like a good day to focus on the cycle trail. We (Wombat-TDron-Chosen, signed as WTC) proceeded to the caches, and had a great afternoon under a blue sky interspersed with clouds - basically what one wants on a long walk. Good to have a variety of containers and various terrains for the hides (a couple of caches received favorites for the group). Was good to meet CO cycling today. TFTC

Really pleased that all the caches on this trail had the coords spot on making it much easier to grab them as time was an essence today! The following is a copy and paste sorry. Enjoyed doing the bike ride and enjoying the caches in the fog and sun. Wasn't a very warm day. Needed the bike exercise

Found today while on the way to Queenstown. A quick detour ro grab this one, the others in the series will have to wait! TFTC

Biked part of this trail this morning picking up every third or fourth cache. Good day for it! This one took quite a while. There were several of the hint object to search around. An approach from around the back wouldve served me better! Got there in the end although I had been starting to think DNF thoughts!. #7232. TFTC.

Weather looked good today to try & finish off this series. Mr Curzzz dropped me off where wed ended last time & headed off towards Lumsden to park & meet up halfway ( saved my bad knee from doing the there & back journey). A tricky hide to start with, through the long wet grass & then deciding which side to search. Didnt take long to find & I managed not to slip down the bank. Off to a good start.

Found on a great day geocaching along Round the Mountains Cycle trail from Lumsden to Five rivers. We had success in finding all of the 54 caches in the Bike Track series. some were quick find others a bit more challenging and the mini bison tubes we found difficult to extract the log. All good. A great series thanks to the CO for placing this power trail, TFTC

Sunday mornings are supposed to be for sleeping in, but no, why oh why do the publishers always set caches alight on the only day i can try to sleep in. So dsi was up and pacing as he'd heard the notifications, and tweaked all the equipment ready for the onslaught.Hoping my prowess on the unicycle was not tested too hard , as the trainer wheels had only been removed.(FTF) with downsouthinv and Abbykitt

Up early and my ph started its happy dance. Ooo a few more bike trail caches and well i had gressed up the penny farthing and changed the spear on the unicycle ooo and added a parachute to the rocket propelled skateboard and set off .Lets hope Abbykitt can keep it under control but this one was scary as shee realy got uo some speed .We soon had the first one in our sites and the skateboard just about over shot but starting to the the hang of it she thinks me not so much , a quick find at gz. With a nice day for a (FTF) with Abbykitt and annielin. And now off we go off up the trail Thank for the fun I think i mite walk this trail as a loop , Getting out and about in to the out doors is my happy place so any excuse to go caching. As if I need an excuse aahhh nop I will go rain hail or snow so let's goooo and have as much fun and adventures as possible tomorrow may never come. Life is short.
