Logs
A drive down to Lismore for a friends catch up and an opportunity for some extra caching. The drive down this morning saw us get a ftf and Kingscliff first. Meet up done now for some caches. There are a few new ones in the area and it was nice to see new caches being placed. All caches were replaced as found and signed as we went. Thanks for the placements and continued caching.
A lovely park which I never knew existed. My friends have lived in Goonellabah for 4 years and have never come here.
Taking some friends on their first caching adventure and this is their first geocache. TFTC
Out and about caching today travelling to across to Lismore and Ballina. Found cache and signed log. TFTC
Caching day in Lismore and Ballina and before stopping for lunch we decided to find the 3 caches around Kadina and Goonellabah. Though it was a bit damp and muddy in spots there were nice walks to GZ. Thanks for the hides.
Only realised this one was here when I was logging my surprise find from down the road. Certainly an 'interesting set of stairs' and a pleasing find. tftc
I was in Lismore today, and there was a few caches without smiling faces so I started here and as I now sit at home I wonder what was at the top of the stairs,as I signed it and left without exploring,hmmm. TFTC
Found with Now To Morrow after a nearby FTF. The adjacent walking track was pointed out on the map and I couldnt believe my eyes. The kids that designed this track will be telling their kids and grandkids about their antics with lots of laughs for many years to come (pardon the pun). Its always a great day for caching. After a nearby FTF, Wollaston and I decided to find this nearby cache I hadn't found yet. I let him in on the story I'd heard from renroc of the interesting park pathway design and he had a great laugh about it. Normally a toilet block would be placed near a carpark, but the high school students who designed this park put it in just the right place. haha.
Needed one for the date and this popped up. Know the park well. Renroc was up for a quick cache so joint FTF.TFTC
{FTF} with Cricketski during their lunch break. Nice to have some new ones close to home that I havent found. Cheers for the new caches.
