Short Trip Away Day #1 [23/11] of 3To start my holidays, I decided to head over to Canberra for a short trip away. This trip of course included geocaching. I left home just after 7am and slowly made my way over while finding caches along the way. I had an early lunch at Gold Creek KFC and decided on finding the mini power trail along Majura Ln towards Sutton. A nice easy going PT and it was a nice quiet road for it. Next I found a few caches around Sutton and then I started heading over to motel but not before finding an evil hide by Loci612 plus two other quick finds. Lastly I checked into the motel had dinner and went to sleep. TB visit. A big thanks to the CO for adding this cache to game for the Geocaching community to enjoy. Big Grin TFTCs! Big GrinA very long (time wise) multi cache, this one was. Lots to work out. Once at GZ it was a nice quick find. Thanks now onto the next one. Big Grin

#23069 @1310Between dropping my son at work and picking him up, I headed out country to grab some specific caches towards various challenges: A wherigo, a letterbox, a challenge, a large and a regular. An enjoyable drive while listening to podcasts. As I was passing near this cache, I decided to give it a go. Information at each waypoint collected and the next WP soon calculated. A quick find once finally at GZ thanks to the decrypted hint. Dedicated time is a must for this cache. i.e. it pays to not be under time pressure. TFTC.

On our road trip from Canberra to Temora a couple of days ago, we stopped and collected all the information we would need, taking photographs along the way. We then had a couple of nights with family and spent a bit of time working our way through this puzzle. On our return trip today from Temora to Sydney, we stopped to make the find here. The puzzle was convoluted, but we got there. The Hide was just as tricky. Found and signed in a very beautiful and quiet location today. Thanks DSD and ZQX. A favourite point added. Domsky

Out caching in the area, trying to clean up the straglers. TFTC

Tricky puzzle to complete in the field so this required two visits. The bitter cold and howling winds was just too much for our old bones last week AND today was no better. However, it was less time out in the field so we survived. The puzzle was indeed 'hard' more because it was tedious, and long for a field puzzle BUT we were warned. Got there in the end. BTW: Do completed the last section of this multi-puzzle because it would be near impossible otherwise to find the cache, despite the solve being - yes you guessed it - tedious. There was an issue with GZ but this was quickly resolved with permission of the CO. We've been up this way a few times recently, and needed a couple of visits to gain enough data in order to resolve this ambitious multi. Finally having a viable GZ we waited until what felt like the coldest day of the year on the windswept plains to pick this one up. A momentary issue with the cache at GZ that we worked through quickly thanks to a very responsive CO.Thanks, DSD!

It's binalong time since Dan and I deployed this cache. It took a long time for the information to come together, and the Roman numerals to get checked and double-checked.I'm logging this now that barb2e and isopeda have seized the coveted ftf trophy (looks great in the pool room). I was present during placement, and the Pulitzer-prize-winning writing in the cache description is mine too.I wonder how much money Binalong makes from all the caches here. Dan and I visited a caf during the deployment day. Plus, Dan bought a cap. I like supporting small businesses in towns like this.TFTC!

Road trip with barb2e into the Binalong area. I hope the weather holds up. It's a bit chilly and the sun is hiding behind clouds. Woot [FTF]. We weren't aware that this was still up for grabs until we saw the pristine logbook. I have to admit that barb2e did the bulk of the work, but I have all the info now to do the workings TFTC *Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*

Out for a trip to Binalong with isopeda to collect a multi, some solved Chocolate Boxes and an Al or 2. This was a great puzzle to solve - helped that I know the plaques in Binalong from my AL here. Bonus that it is an **FTF**. Tftc
