After settling in to our accommodation, we checked the map for the nearest cache and thats how this one became my first find on Norfolk Island! It took us a while of wandering around the eldritch location that held the cache, being eaten alive by mosquitoes, torches flashing in the twilight darkness before I finally spotted the container, and quickly identified the retrieval mechanism. I have a slightly lower tech version of the same thing, myself, at home. I was glad the log container was what Id hoped Smile Stamped and returned safely, with thanks for my NI souvenir. TFTC, TeamAstro. =^.^=

#6087Another tricky puzzle that Rama497 and I solved before coming to Norfolk Island. So sad he couldn't be here for the find. Rest in Peace my mate!!It didn't take long before I heard the "woof" from members of the geomate group to indicate the cache had been found but not retrieved. We all like to have that "Aha!!!" moment. A nicely themed cache. A FP for the puzzle, the cache hiding style and the container. Love your work TeamAstro.

#7587 NI Day 4With no organised events until late this afternoon, we headed out after breakfast to focus on the north eastern part of the island. Happy to see this puzzle recently got replaced as we enjoyed the hide. Took us a few moments to find and we must have looked funny walking around gazing upwards. Dropped of a new trackable here that wants to visit islands around the world.TFTC TeamAstro
