Sometimes when theres too many muggles, it can be a real hindrance, but today there was so many, nobody even noticed me.

Well it's ANZAC Day today. Our little Maungatapere Community has been having a service run by the local primary school kids for 20 years now. It's at a reasonable time - you bring a plate to enjoy a cuppa and chat afterwards. We moved away for a few years so it was nice to attend today to commemorate the sacrifices made by our service personal. It was also a good chance to catch up with old friends. My daughter wasn't recognized as she was only 5 when we left the area. Now she's 17 and very tall. Anyway we then went home and watched a movie before I set off for Auckland for a few days geocaching. I parked by the other seat cache in Noel Ave. I had to walk past that one twice as the muggles were still sitting on the seat when I returned. I found this cache quickly thanks to the good hint. A busy area so a quick grab is essential. Very well camouflaged. Thanks for the cache Smile

**20,770**Continuing along the walkway to this cache, another supreme piece of camo that no normal muggle would look at twice. We really enjoy these wonderful cache hides. Makes the trip up here well worth the effort. TFTC

Not too many muggles around GZ this afternoon so fairly easy to grab the cache. Nice afternoon at the beach. Tftc

We made a plan with Team Welsh to pick up the recently published caches in and around Orewa this morning. Our last joint find of the day (though we had a puzzle final still to collect). There was a car parked right next to GZ with occupants sitting inside, so Mrs TW had casually disposed of some rubbish in the bin while surrepticiously swooping up the camoed cache. But how to make it look natural when it was time to return it? As it happened the wind provided the distraction by blowing Mr KC's hat from his head. TFTC

Taking a wonderful walk around This time I found the stick and saw the container on it. TFTC

We thought we had done enough, about 20 so far... and I had to get back for sleepover happening at mine with Miss 7. But just a couple more ....This was brilliant. a typical Glyn simple but effective masterpiece .Favourite Point!Have seen a few of these over the years, but I am still very impressed!

Last cache of the day for us and the parking spot was right next to GZ was occupied and the people were sitting in the car. disposed of some rubbish and picked up the cache and took to the nearby seat to sign off with KC before sneaking the cache back into place. TFTC

It was a blustery and overcast day so there were not many muggles brave enough to venture out onto Orewa beach. We had no problems finding parking nearby and soon after we had this well camouflaged cache in hand. Thanks for another sneaky hide G2

It was pouring with rain but this cache was less than 700m as the crow flies from home so was a little too close to ignore. So raincoat on, umbrella grabbed and off I went. I arrived to find a car already parked but no one was around so I braved the rain and quickly found the cache thanks to the hint. Just as I retreated to sign the log a car pulled up right next to gz. So I ventured further away and managed to get the log out and sign it while juggling umbrella, phone and pen but I couldnt return the cache without compromising it so I headed to my car and shelter to wait it out. Shortly after that the car left and I got out of the car just as Howard arrived so he signed the log and then blimmin heck, another car pulls up right next to gz before I can return the cache!! Youve got be kidding me, why is it so busy when its pouring with rain!! So Howard and I stand in the rain chatting waiting for the car to go but it looks like its in for the long haul and I realise I should have parked in that spot to save me some grief! I was finally able to return the cache so a joint {FTF} on a miserable day with Hearo420
