Down here starting a revegetation project so they can build a stadium next door. Lots of birders around with some big cameras chasing a satin flycatcher that had been hanging around us while they walked for hours. So did you hear how ravens are learning to speak. They can tell by the road kill examination and have decided that they arent smart enough to yell motorbike yet so they are still lots of deaths caused by motorbikes but they can go car car car and escape so they warn each other. Favourite awarded. Tftc
Chooo ooo [Found] with dty73 and youban on a caching invasion of Penrith! Thanks thomo31!
Traveling with Tankengine and Youban for the long weekend. We are looking forward to meeting up with friends in Penrith this weekend for some caching and fun. Along the way up, we picked up a few caches to break up the drive and stretch our legs. So this cache: A nice short walk and quick find. I love the smell around here. So sweet almost like baby powder. Tftc!!!
Thanks for the hide. I haven't been geochacing in a while. It was nice to find this one.
Trudging through the rain and mud, the prize was found. Still a beautiful day even with the cold and rain. TFTC
Cache check. It had been replaced in the wrong post. Has now been returned to the correct location.
Found as a night cache. Squelched through muddy grass. No birds heard or seen here at night. Found just before a nearby Event. TFTC thomo31
We are on another short (three day) caching holiday in Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains, staying for two nights in a park cabin at the Ingenia Nepean River BIG4 Holiday Park at Emu Plains. Hoping to collect the new Adventure Labs, Letterbox, Traditional, and Puzzle/Mystery caches that have appeared around Penrith & surrounds since our last visit to the area back in May 2023. Will also be returning to the lower Blue Mountains for some new caches and to attend a Winter Solstice Event at Mount Riverview, and a Post Winter Solstice CITO Event the following day at Cranebrook. Photos will be uploaded to logs on our return to home base. This was the 10th of 21 finds for the day (day 2), and 21st find of the holiday. After logging an Adventure Lab stage we next came to this Traditional cache, parking the geomobile at the end of Cassola Place, then following the grassy path to GZ for a nice quick find. Signed the log, dropped off a TB, and then replaced as found. We remember finding a cache previously in this exact same spot, so maybe this is a replacement (version II). No Australians Ravens were spotted at GZ during our visit today. TFTC thomo31.Find #6871
Frazeydaze and I grabbed a few caches on our way to Blackheath for the weekend. After finding the cache we wandered over to take a look at the flooded Nepean River TFTC

I'm visiting friends in Penrith this weekend, which gave me an opportunity to look for a couple of local caches that have been hidden since I was last here ... like this one!No problems making the find here, and it brought back memories of another cache I found close to this one a few years back ... if I recall correctly, it was even hidden in a similar manner to this one. Thanks for placing this cache for our enjoyment thomo31.
After a chiropractic session, only one cache and this one actually is perfect.Great for my crippling back, quick find, thanks for the placement

#7448- Down in Penrith to drop the son at work, so I thought I'd take a quick detour to this one. Very quiet down here this morning. You can see the further damage by the most recent floods very clearly. A nice quick find here. Thanks
After greeting the owner at a nearby Event we came past here for a quick walk to stretch the legs. Easy find with the hint. TFTC.
[FTF] @17:58pmSaw this new cache get published after arriving home from uni for the day and couldn't resist the temptation of an ftf. As I'm back at uni and work now, I hardly get time to cache at the moment, let alone chase ftfs. I checked out the location and hint before leaving home and had a rough idea of where this cache would be, and it was found quickly. Tftc thomo31.
