Logs
Found after noticing something looking a little suspicious, sure enough it has CIH shortly after. TFTC
After riding my bike for 3.5 hours over 45km of varied terrain, and claiming a first to find on the Voodoo Earth Cache, I proceeded to find this cache before embarking on the long ride home. Thanks for bringing me to this beautifully scenic location and TFTC wazza9
Found with oldmorty. After parking in the nearby car park, oldmorty and I made our way to GZ.Had a terrible time trying to hold onto the log and sign it in the unbelievable wind. Thanks to wazza9 for hiding this cache
What a great location and what a pleasant surprise to be able to drive on a bitumen road nearly all the way to gz. The 44 kph SE wind that was blowing certainly wasn't conducive for surfing, but it didn't stop frazeydaze from finding a cache. I couldn't see anything with the whipped up seespray on my glasses. Cache all good. SLRC as found. TFTC and thanks for showing us this great location which we wouldn't have found without geocaching. FP from me.
Looked around where we thought the cache was with no luck until we broadened our search and soon had the cache in hand. TFTC
Oh dear! What was I thinking not bringing my Pen!!!!!Well I made do and am in the log!Great spot. Nice little hide.
Have passed by these two caches many times since they were first released so it was great to come and claim this duo on a Fathers Day Lego family stroll! Thanks for placing these in this beautiful part of the World.
(3 of 5 today)Was after five for the calendar, and with an event in Kyeemagh I did what I rarely do and cached close to the area I'd visited the day before - for another event.Grabbed four in The Shire before I turned my eyes north to the event.###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###Tossed up between here and two of the sandhills caches nearby. Thought these would be quicker. I think I was right.A few fisherfolk nearby, but no one with a view of GZ.After a short stroll from the car I made the logical find.Added my ink to the log, replaced and away to the next one.SLTNLnTFTC
This is always a pretty spot to come and watch the surf, with distant views of Cronulla. Well done on finding a hidey hole. All good here.
Awesome hiding spot. Had a great day out at Cape Baily lighthouse, spotting dozens of whales. TFTC
Easy find after the long walk from Cronulla train station. No pen with me, but using a stick and green leaf managed to make something on the log slip. Tfth!
I lost a shoe in the hidden swamp, bee lining to this cache, grrrr! Now my right foot sock and shoe will be wet all day! An angry surf today, a 5m swell... Thanks...
I can only say anyone who is game enough to get into the water here is way braver than me! There was a family packing up when we arrived that didn't look like they were the surfer type so we wondered where they had been swimming. We couldn't see in the fading light if there was anything like a swimming beach but maybe it's further along the coast. Thanks for find #6203TNLN
A bit of a Kurnell run this afternoon for a few caches. Whilst dad did some caching geoson enjoyed pulverising some nearby sandstone- had a ball! A few surfers out today and plenty of planes coming in. TFTC!
After golf was rained out, what also to do, but go geocaching. In between showes, it was very windy, eventually made the find. Stamped log and replaced. Thanks to CO
I do the walk to the lighthouse regularly from the car park at cape sander (noting there is a cache at the lighthouse I have failed to find repeatedly, mostly because its very obvious that area is a toilet stop for many and Im not putting my body near the waste to find it ). I sometimes walk a little further to the location of this cache. I was quite sure I had never seen a cache listed in the area but did a check in case I missed it. And here it was, a new cache! Thank you. Worth the extra hike today
Found (without GeodogZelda this time) [No dogs allowed in Kamay NP] after following the road to the carpark. I imagine it fills up when "Voodoo is pumping". Then a short stroll to the rock platform, where I had a surprisingly quick find, despite there been many possible options available. I didn't have rocks in my head, but I did manage to get CIH. Good coords helped to narrow down the hunt. I don't think I have ever been out here before, so thanks for showing me Voodoo. I had heard about it's surfing reputation when I was growing up. A nice view from GZ. TFTC
[FTF] @ 1445FIND #200 !After a long day of caching and 199 finds overall, we came here to get my 200th find, an official milestone.A very scenic place with great views but it was a pain to get to.Its amazing to get FTF on my milestone find. Thanks for bringing me here.TFTC wazza9
