(4 of 6 today - including 1 Adventure Lab)Another day heading south to the Illawarra for dinner with friends. Of course I went for some caches first, driving down via Bulli Pass and then wending my way back north.Had a DNF which stole a bit of time from me, and then the AL app didn't want to work. Got just enough to activate the location and managed to complete it later.Got five physical finds for the day, but one of those was after dinner on my way home. I do hate traipsing through a park at 10:30pm by flashlight. But the Calendar Caching Gods want five today, so...###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###I'd actually tried this one before but couldn't spot it. But I noticed from previous logs that it's currently easier as the grass has been cut.Arrived to see the grass is not simply cut - it's been nuked!Result - quickly spotted it and made the grab. This container is very conspicuous now.Added my name to the scroll of the victorious, and replaced.SLTNLNTFTC###START OF ADVENTURE LAB SECTION###Continued on to Thirroul railway station looking to do a quick few AL locations. But the app was being very uncooperative, constantly spinning it's wheels. finally managed to get the question - and the answer, but then the app wouldn't accept my answer. Sigh.Quite a bit later I managed to get it to work, but didn't know I'd succeeded as the app didn't tell me. Sigh. You gotta love technology.Anyway, finally snaffled:* The arrival

First cache for today, out from the Sutherland areas. Arrived at GZ to find a construction site beginning to take shape but thankfully the cache is outside that zone, hopefully it stays that way. TFTC, signed and replaced as found.

Yesterday was a traveling day as we moved south from Maitland to Bull. It rained all the way!On arrival at Bulli however it eased up and finished later in the afternoon so we could get out and have a look around. It is a beautiful area with plenty of beaches, hills in the background and bike paths to explore. Hopefully the weather will continue to improve over the coming days.Plenty of Ad Labs to explore and some other trads as well. We particularly enjoyed the Sea Cliff Bridge walk.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache geojim2516.**SKI Pair****

Will be even easier in the near future once the grass dies off completely. TFTC

A return visit today with the grandson and we made the find! Not sure how I missed it last time. There is a council work caravan parked close by and it might be worth checking on because there is a small excavator there as well.TFTC geojim.

In the area running an errand for SES, decided to swing by to see if I could tick off a streak day with this one, despite a few recent dnfs. Last two seekers must have been blind. Spotted on approach, found at spot on co-ords in good condition and logged easily.

22-Jul-24
Add me to the collection of DNFs.

21-Jul-24
No luck today after a fairly extensive search by both of us.

I don't think I've logged all my visits here- glad to get this one off the list! With others in the series I knew what to look for, just where was it? Today I was armed with a glove to assist my search and after carefully following the line I spotted it. Little known trivia- I once crossed the nearby bridge every day to go to work across the tracks! TFTC!

The grass had recently been mowed, so that was a plus, but after looking in a break in the grass close to the fence I came up empty handed, I moved on, thanks anyway.

20-May-24
A bit tricky with the grass, but keep looking

06-May-24

Decided to head north for my daily find today. As is the way as soon as I got to GZ the heavens opened up. Thankfully a bit of a trodden trail made this one a little easier.TFTC
