Its been a while since I've had some caching time, so when Thewins5 reached out to borrow my tott to complete the fishing pole series, I jumped at the chance to come along. No tott needed for this one, tho. A nice wander up the hill in the heat. A great view. Cache soon located, signed and returned as found

Weather was hot but I wanted to get some caches (particularly ones with higher D/T combinations to boost my annual average). Too hot to walk in Mt Pilot or the Warbys. Not enough in and saving Wagga for a cooler day. So this collection of poke caches at Beechworth were perfect - not too much walking but good numbers.I contacted ampitup1 to borrow her TOTT and she was keen to come along to get the last in the series that she had yet to sign (she got the last five and I signed 8 of 9 and we both walked to one other). We had 3 other tools in the car, two of which were also used at various times. This was the one cache not requiring a TOTT and so we did the short walk in the heat up the track and then the short walk through the bush to GZ. I had definitely done the previous cache here so enjoyed the view and then quickly found the cache. Then back to the car and into the air conditioning again.TFTC BettyBoo3747

We were out for a spot of fishing today... but when we saw these small rocks from a distance we thought we would test that geometrical phenomenon....Yep... not small rocks.Could have spent hours here, what an awesome location. Thanks BettyBoo for bringing us here. This is what I enjoy most about caching, the spots I would have been unlikely to find that deserve to be found and enjoyed.

We have definitely been in this area for one cache, if not two, over the years. There are not many flat rocks to walk over or around, but all of them are rather large and imposing. The landscape is very dry and we could do with some steady, gentle rain to freshen up the bushland. SL at 1.32pm We left all the trackables for someone else to collect as we still have plenty, that we brought back from Canberra, travelling with us. The view was quite clear today. #10,976 TFTC BB

I had done the two cache in Flat Rock quite a while ago, and had mostly forgotten the rocks and the views. This is certainly worth replacing the cache at this location.A nice short stroll from the car and some great rock formations. The view wasn't so flash due to all the burning off done over the last few days. Thanks, Robmc.

Out and about today exploring the area with Grannan55, Geodogs, and LLRPP. Joint ***FTF*** with LLRPP today, this is a cracker spot for a visit. Thanks for putting this here for our enjoyment. All good here. Now, onto the next one for the day. TNLN TFTC

Joint [FTF] with Byker152.This one was published yesterday while we were planning to attempt a night cache in Wang. We decided we would go for it in the morning. Bit of a sleep in, but we were happy to see the ftf was still up for grabs. Bit of rain this morning, so a slippery walk up to GZ. Kids loved it they werent here on my first attempt at the archived cache a couple years ago. It's an awesome spot. Thanks for keeping the location in the game. Picked up TB and dropped one off.TFTC!

Out and about today exploring some new places and finding a few geocaches. This one was on our radar to do early in the day but we got a bit distracted with some longish hikes. We finally made it to gz just before 4pm. Our wobbly legs and sore butt muscles didnt enjoy the walk as much as we enjoyed the beautiful view. Thanks BettyBoo3747 for an enjoyable cache in a spectacular location.
