Been pretty busy this year, and not a lot of time for Caching. Weather is warming up...Christmas cometh, time to get some in. Nice rest find. Cheers!

17:29After the rains over the weekend, the container was literally floating in mucky tree-fork-puddle water...A bit damp inside too but signable. *Scientists are not allowed to tell the formula for Nitrogen Oxide. When asked, all of them say NO. Weird.*Kia ora! Paldies! Thanks for the cache, graemekellan!#11532

Did not find. I think it may be gone.

A nice quick find. I found the lid, the container and the log sheets scattered on the ground. I signed the log and put them all together again and placed where I though it should be (on a ledge above the water level). Thanks for placing your cache. Ms_KR and I are cruising around town, checking out some of the newer hides to us. A nice day though a little chilly.Occassionally signed MK+KR on cache logs, and apologies for the generic logs. Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches.

#24116. After experiencing mixed fortunes while caching in Prebbleton, it was good to make a quick find here on our way home. TFTC.

10-Aug-24
The last cache find of the afternoon, as we make our way back home from Prebbleton. The park was quiet on this coolish day so no need for stealth.Pleased StreetWalkerNZ was with me, as he retrieved the cache which was swimming in its little swimming pool. Log book was still nice and dry. We wondered whether to leave the container above the water line (which would make it more visible) or to leave it as found. In the end we opted for the latter. Now to head for home and a warming and well deserved cup of coffee . TFTC.

Eeek, I found this the other day but didn't log it immediately because I needed to upload a photo but then I promptly forgot, so here I am back-logging my find as I just randomly remembered. The container was fished out of a literal pool and was so wet inside and out that I didnt even try and sign it- took a photo instead as proof of find, hope thats ok. I wish I'd had a new log and plastic bag to replace/add but I just cleaned out my car for a wof and haven't put all my caching supplies back in yet TFTC- interesting park that I had never seen before in an area I had never been

Being vertically challenged, this was tricky. However there is a trusty square block in the cachemobile. Luckily balancing on one leg is still ok for me, so after a moments fishing in a veritable puddle, the cache was retrieved. Absolutely soaked. Managed to sign a name but not sure how long it will last before total disintegration.TFTC and the freezing hands!!
