Absolutely stunning day for a walk. Thanks for the little caches to direct my way
The first part of the walk to this one felt like we were trespassing on private property but pretty sure that it was a legitimate entrance to the park. This was the way our GPS told us to go but I suspect there were other entrances we could have used.Walked straight past this one but the GPS soon headed me back to where I needed to be.I have an identical container to this at home - who would have thought that it could be used as a cache container!!! Just goes to prove that geocachers can be very good recyclers even though many muggles think we're littering the country with our geocaches! Thanks KillianJones.
TFTC. Cache and contents are in excellent shape. Thought Id come out and walk Molly the Geodog and grab all these new caches.
Quick and easy find with CatCasper, TFTC. The logbook wasnt in the cache but I found it right next to it, and fortunately it was completely dry though so signed and replaced it.
Having a wild windy winter sojourn in L'ton for 3 nights. And of course being intrepid cachers, we are grabbing and logging as we go. Cottoned on to this one quickly, just before a neighbour came out his side gate into the lane. TFTC KillianJones
Another one in the dark with my head torch. Unfortunately I did not see the blackberries and got a thorn in my finger. Widened my search and I came up with the cache .
I was on a trip to Deloraine for a totally different mission and went through Hadspen on the way to find a few caches. Found all I look for except 2 - one I didnt bring a ladder and the second I could not find. All caches were otherwise in great condition and well hidden with a decent theme.Thank you for the cachesWhat a surprising park to find in the middle of the block
Hello KillianJones thank you for the cacheThis afternoon I made the trip to Hadspens to find some caches.I found this one while a neighbor was trimming trees. Here I go again chasing caches to get a souvenir that no one will see.Found on Sunday, 28 July 2024 at 1429**TFTC**

We are currently staying in Bishopsbourne and on the hunt for caches to begin our march to our next major milestone before we leave Tasmania. We headed to Hadspen to find a few caches and enjoy a nice country drive.Found this one to be quite tricky. Resorted to using 2ystassies coordinates and a hint from another log. No idea what cache hint meant or the relevance to hide. Also found the magnetic reference in description to be misleading as cache isnt magnetic, I spent way too much time looking at magnetic options.TFTC
I was passing by Hadspen and made the required detour to look for this cache. It was quickly found. Thank you KillianJones for placing and maintaining it.
Maintenance check done on 14th July after cachers posted a couple of DNF's. Checked at 2.15pm and cache is there and in good condition.
Wet logbook has now been replaced with a new log book. Inside a clip lock bag. Please seal bag properly when log book has been signed. Thanks

When we saw the first of the caches in Hadspen published, we decided to wait until the complete set of thirteen were available. That happened this morning and this afternoon, we headed East to look for the caches. We have often driven through Hadspen, stopped a couple of times to look for some caches but had never toured around the settlement to take a systemmatic look at what the area has to offer. This series of caches provided an ideal opportunity to tour Hadspen. The series took us to a number of parks within the town and along the South Esk River - it was both an informative and enjoyable excursion. We were impressed with the care taken with the preparation and presentation of each of the caches. We found all thirteen in just under two hours. This cache took us a couple of minutes to find. We used a systemmatic search and located the cache 9m from the published coordinates. The cache and contents were in good condition. Before leaving we took a number of readings of the coordinates and the average was S41 30.026 E147 04.157. Thanks KillianJones for the cache and the series.
One of eight newly published caches we found after being alerted to their publication.Had to widen our search area before the cache revealed itself. Many thanks KillianJones for your cache placement. As the log was blank we will claim *FTF* @ 15.28hrs.
