First chance Ive had to geocache in almost a year. Beautiful spot for a stroll here. Thank you
Cache checked today. It is intact and where it should be. Log book ok. I left a small swap.
Last for the day in Hadspen although we do have one more to look for in Launceston. This one was a quick find.We will return to look for the only unfound one when we are travelling in the ute and have room for the equipment we need.We have cached in Hadspen many times over the years but this series has taken us to places we have never been before. There are a lot more parks and reserves than we were aware of.This is what caching should be about, taking you to new or interesting places or container types that are novel or interesting. Too many geocaches are just a neglected and unmaintained plastic container thrown under a tree at a place of no interest so thanks for your efforts here KillianJones.
TFTC. Cache and contents are in excellent shape. Thought Id come out and walk Molly the Geodog and grab all these new caches.
Quick and easy find with CatCasper, TFTC. however, someone seems to have burnt the log book - I attached a photo.
Maintenance check done today 9/9/24 at 4.12pm. Logbook has indeed been burnt so I have scattered the ashes to the wind and will replace with new logbook when I can get back here.. small swap has been left. Happy for people to log the cache in the meantime until I can get a logbook back there.
Having a wild windy winter sojourn in L'ton for 3 nights. And of course being intrepid cachers, we are grabbing and logging as we go. This one also found without trouble or muggles, and considering the inclement conditions, that is not surprising. Thanks KillianJones
Quick easy find surprisingly in the dark. Great coordinates lead me right to Gz
I was on a trip to Deloraine for a totally different mission and went through Hadspen on the way to find a few caches. Found all I look for except 2 - one I didnt bring a ladder and the second I could not find. All caches were otherwise in great condition and well hidden with a decent theme.Thank you for the cachesGreat view down towards the river. Really liked this hide

We are currently staying in Bishopsbourne and on the hunt for caches to begin our march to our next major milestone before we leave Tasmania. We headed to Hadspen to find a few caches and enjoy a nice country drive.Last one for today, cache found nice and quickly TFTC

Today we planned to nab all of the newer published Killian Jones caches in Hadspen we had just 2 hours to spare so we were up for the challenge of a mad dash geocache adventure!Jungle Animals indeed!!! I love the thought put into the theme of this series. Thankyou! . Onto the next!
Took a nice journey throughout the all of Hadspan. Lots of small parks to explore. Took is about 2 hours to find all of them. TFTC
Another of this new series of caches found. Thank you KillianJones for placing these caches.
When we saw the first of the caches in Hadspen published, we decided to wait until the complete set of thirteen were available. That happened this morning and this afternoon, we headed East to look for the caches. We have often driven through Hadspen, stopped a couple of times to look for some caches but had never toured around the settlement to take a systemmatic look at what the area has to offer. This series of caches provided an ideal opportunity to tour Hadspen. The series took us to a number of parks within the town and along the South Esk River - it was both an informative and enjoyable excursion. We were impressed with the care taken with the preparation and presentation of each of the caches. We found all thirteen in just under two hours. This was a very quick find as the cache was very visible and seen as we approached GZ. The CO might like to review this hide to improve its chances of surviving. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks KillianJones for the cache and the series.
One of eight newly published caches we found after being alerted to their publication.Made a quick find once at GZ of a nicely presented cache. Many thanks KillianJones for your cache placement. As the log was blank we will claim *FTF* @ 15.17hrs.
