SIGH! Unfortunately KING OF THE JUNGLE appears to have left his post and gone for a roam with FEATHERED CHIEFTAINS! Seems people cant read the info placed inside the caches alerting them to the fact that this is part of a "game" and to PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE!Another BIG SIGHHHHHH! As with FEATHERED CHIEFTAINS I will revise the container and co-ordinates and replace when I'm able to. If you see anymore of Hadspens Fabulous 13 being disabled then its more than likely for the same reason. Stay tuned and apologies for the inconvenience!

Today we planned to nab all of the newer published Killian Jones caches in Hadspen we had just 2 hours to spare so we were up for the challenge of a mad dash geocache adventure! First stop was here. This was a painful start as the navigation kept jumping all over we went across the road into the ditch across the other road into the trees, we went around and around in circles for far too long. Instead of listening to the silly phone i looked at the map and thought to myself hmmmm where is the likely spot? Narrowing down our search and HELLO Lion friend staring at us. Thankyou for this super kid friendly and fun day today.

When we saw the first of the caches in Hadspen published, we decided to wait until the complete set of thirteen were available. That happened this morning and this afternoon, we headed East to look for the caches. We have often driven through Hadspen, stopped a couple of times to look for some caches but had never toured around the settlement to take a systemmatic look at what the area has to offer. This series of caches provided an ideal opportunity to tour Hadspen. The series took us to a number of parks within the town and along the South Esk River - it was both an informative and enjoyable excursion. We were impressed with the care taken with the preparation and presentation of each of the caches. We found all thirteen in just under two hours.Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find but the cache was very exposed due to the spare leaf cover of the plant.. The cache and contents were in good condition. However this is a T1.5 cache, not T1.0 as there is no way that a cacher in a wheelchair could retrieve and then replace the cache whilst remaining seated in their chair. Thanks KillianJones for the cache and the series.
