Hi there pood. We decided to head to Augusta a fortnight early and hopefully find a few quiet caches - PLEASE BE CAREFUL - I saw SNAKES (TIGER SNAKES) close to the first few LETTERBOX caches. While out on the road today we found this cache at 0352pm after a short search - and the container and log are in good condition. TN, LN, SL. Thanks to pood for this cache - our find 11159 and the 5th of 10 finds for the day.FieldNotes: Log was damp but useable.
Out and about again, headed down to Augusta via Bunbury and Busselton. As I am not going to be down for WAGB24 so I headed down a few weeks early - a lot already there and didnt really make a dent in the caches, and I guess more to come. This is 16224.Thanks to pood for the caches I have found.
What a midweek getaway to Augusta. Multiple finds, some new ones placed, a boat trip and a storm or two. Followed by multiple stories to last, early mornings for no real reason and only a few DNFs spread across the South West. Thanks to the local COs for their efforts in hiding and maintaining what we found.
A Big couple of days down in Augusta cleaning up all of the stuff published over the last year or so in preparation for the WAGB event. We got out on the boat cleaning up the Blackwood river caches and a number of small series of caches aswell as hosting a couple of events in town. Thanks to the local COs for a great mid-week explore. We had a blast.
Found it. TFTC pood. Spent the weekend in and around Augusta and teamed up with papillion367, ullyssia and meme28. Logs were signed as PUMPP. The weather was not good but the team was great. Most were found in reasonable time but there were a few that proved to be a bit more difficult . All were replaced as found.
An early rise, this series was a must before leaving Augusta. Cache found and logged. Cheers pood Day 4 covering the south area with Ullyssia and Papillon367 ullyssia and Photo Play. Logs signed as PUMPP.

YAY FTFThe geocaching plan for today for Taurus Six and I was up for discussion and debate during the week. Which direction would we go in on Saturday . We weighed up a few options and kind of agreed on a plan of action until on Friday we noted many more Pood new caches had come out in the Augusta area. We further noted they were still not found on Friday evening so we decided to set off this way early Saturday morning to try our luck. It was a beautiful drive down from Bunbury , the sun coming up and the dew steam rising from the paddocks. There were also lots of Kangaroos around which was a bonus . With the traffic light on the road we made it down to the back roads of Augusta in no time at all . Firstly we tackled the new trail at Walls Road - Back Tracks To Number 17 , this was an excellent dirt track and no muggles anywhere to be seen . The only noises of the morning were from farm animals and birds, what a lovely area . Then it was onto the Coastal Track series , down Scotts River road and onto the Milyeannup Coast Road , what a magnificent area this is , once again the bird life was prolific and a very peaceful morning , muggle free. We then headed in Augusta for one more first to find, we also converted a couple of previous dnfs and collected the Adventure Lab and a few other random caches before heading back to Bunbury via Margaret River and Cowramarup . All in all it was a wonderful day of geocaching . Thanks for placing these two new series of caches Pood and a favourite point for each series.
