Out today with Robmc doing some pole caching, a relative new concept to me. Certainly an improvement on ladder caches, Like the animal themes. Thanks BB

I was out with Ronice88 today to tackle some of these new caches. With the appropriate TOTT we made short work of them. I really liked the cache containers as they were not too heavy and really quite quirky. The majority of them were spotted with no problems however I was not sure that all of them now reside in their original spots. I wondered about a bit to spot this one but soon had the container in hand and log signed

Not going batty and no blood drawn! Another big high is sitting over the southern continent so a day trip from home base saw weirdobiker and I targeting a clutch of caches around Beechworth. Such a great day and to a lot of trumpeting we saw and signed. TFTC and the FUN!

Family day out collecting this new series, so much fun! We came prepared with a 'fishing kit.' I rigged up that worked rather well when nature couldn't provide. We quickly learned that getting them down was easier than putting them back up. Happy to complete them all with a bit of time to collect some solved puzzles caches around Beechworth.A nice quick one here.TFTC!

Our first find this 'fishing' afternoon, a happy vampire bat. Carefully lowered by Harrowang! Signed log & tucked him safely back in place. TFTC Betty boo!

Got an invite out to get these which was a good excuse to put the reports on hold and get out of the house, I think it was partly for the company and partly for the extra 30cm I have.

Out and about in Beechworth with lillieb05, honey shop, billsons, and of course grabbing a couple of caches. This was the first of three grabbed today. This cache was slightly lower than the last one, and I had no trouble retrieving and replacing the cache. Log signed and cache returned as found.

Another day back in Chiltern Mt Pilot trying push my D/T average up slightly. A nice walk to some waterfalls and then a bit of CSI work. Then on to Beechworth to try for some new caches with a borrowed TOTT (and dinner with a group of sewing ladies!).I had a Borrowed TOTT so I was keen to try some of these (was too late this morning for the FTFs). I took the long route here (I realised at dinner I could have kept going along Masons Road instead of through the woolshed valley). This was the second one attempted and the first one achieved. Nice container here and a bit lower down.TFTC BettyBoo3747

Out and about today poking around Beechworth with Grannan55 and Geodogs. There was no blood lost in the retrieval of this cache. Thank you for placing these caches. All good here. Now, onto the next one for the day. TFTC

**FTF** @ 9:14AM Woopwoop The girls and I did a frosty ParkRun in Wangaratta this morning before making plans for the day. We looked to see if there were any FTFs left and to our excitement there were 6!Off we went without a fishing pole so we had to improvise and luckily we were able to find suitable fallen natural poles to get the job done.TFTC BB

We are not into pole fishing... well, at least that is what Mr ILT has always said. But in a rare turn of logic we decided that it was probably best to try it first before we make that assumption. So with the MacGyver soundtrack loaded Mr ILT knocked up a 5m collapsible pole this morning and off we went.I am not going to say if we enjoyed the pole fishing or not. But I will say that tomorrows job is to find another 3m for our pole.Beautiful area around these locations, but that pretty much just describes Beechworth in general. Thanks BettyBoo3747 for the education.Favorite point for this one as it was low enough for Mrs ILT to get Smile
