Thank you to everyone for coming along. We packed the tram and then we had an excellent excursion. What a great day!
Twas lovely to sit in the warmth and have a lovely chat over hot drinks. Great to see everyone and great to get the guided tour from micaparamedic afterwards. Thanks for organising a pleasant afternoon McLookers.
It is always great to catch up and chat about all things caching, and life in general over a hot drink on a cold day. We also appreciated the Masterclass activity with micaparamedic after this event. Thanks also to McLookers for organising. ??
Fantastic to catch up with so many cachers in Bendigo with many who had travelled quite a way as well as some locals. The venue was warm and toasty and the tea was great. Best of all, we all went as a group to a nearby new Earthcache.
14:14An invitation was extended to accompany n0w0rries+Wife and EveTheStaffy to Bendigo for an event and a geology lesson. Of course I accepted.So here we are, about half way through the event. What a cosy place for a cuppa.Thanks, McLookers.#9024
We were looking for a day to Bendigo and with the event on, today was the day. Great to catch up with some familiar faces and to also meet a few new folk. Neat location, something different yet again.Thanks for hosting McLookers...
A day trip to Bendigo for a little shopping with Sol de Lune, and with the event on we decided today was the day. Headed up through Maldon, which was my first visit to the area, so we took a drive around town to check a few things out. Once at the event, I enjoy the neat location and meeting a few new cachers. Such an easy drive to Bendigo, I look forward to coming back again...Thanks for hosting McLookers...interesting the places we meet. ??
Of course Mary & David were there. Wonderful coffee. Finally the muggles left so we could all sit inside in the warmth. Must do the tram on our next trip. Our thanks to McLookers.
For those interested, at the completion of the event, we will make our way to the newly published EC https://coord.info/GCAR2Y4 nearby where we will be lucky enough to have a masterclass with the CO. All very welcome.
Unfortunately an important work meeting has just been scheduled at the same time as this event so I can no longer attend. Well that sucks! Hope all goes well, and sorry I'll miss out.
