Today I headed out to Dural for the Amateur Radio NSW (HAM Radio) bi-monthly Trash & Treasure sale at the Quarry Road HQ site (VK2WI) and, after a fun filled morning of HAM radio junk scrounging (best prize purchase was a BC-611 WWII Handie Talkie) with lots of friendly chit chat and a tasty BBQ lunch, stopped off along the way back home for a few caches. This was the 3rd of 3 finds for the day. This one was next, and it was a nice quick find on arrival at GZ. TNLNSL, noted down the clue word, and then replaced as found. Now to head off home, with the booty in the boot TFTC Rama497.Find #7259
Found with YGAT following a long overdue visit to the nearby Lillian Fraser Garden.Good one, thanks Rama497.
Having already completed the series with the now defunct Waitara one, I didn't need the codeword. Still I was in the area so thought I would pull into the side street and grab this for another smilie. Then off to the local shops for some supplies. Thanks Rama497.
#15248 16:00A quick find in an obvious spot. OCW Brewmaker, Everest High and 4Rods. TFTC!
Found after a long hunt and still having a DNF on a new cache. This was a relief after wasting so much time. A very busy corner. TFTC
No problem in finding this cache with ilook4geo, as the wind blew us from cache to cache. Both names were soon noted on the log to mark our visit. Thanks for this cache hide.
Found together with goingplaces2 on a fun caching day out. All is good here and the legals were soon done. TFTC.
Just the one for my calendar today.I could have sworn I'd finished this series...Looks like a remake, and the familiarity of the code word gave me some comfort.Parked close and a quick find in the logical spot. Took a short distance to complete signing duties, then back for the timed replace - those cars just keep coming here!SLTNLNTFTC
A new day of few lazy finds with geospouse Graubunden. After celebrating our teenagers 21st birthday lunch. TFTC Rama497
Found It!A quick find here but the clue for the final cache doesn't seem to be on the logbook.TFTC
A nice easy find. I was able to park close by and found the cache in the first place i checked. Thanks. #1791
I've already completed TGHTH and was surprised to find one waypoint archived and replaced by this cache. Always good to find a new cache though. Now this is a location I know well. When I lived in WPH I often used to walk my dog from home, along Bellamy Street and down the track into the bush. It was a good walk. These days the local historical society states that Pennant Hills was named in honour of Thomas Pennant. The naming of the area has always been a bone of contention. My father used to play golf with direct descendants of William Bellamy!TFTC # 6155
For the second time in a matter of weeks a cache has been published within 600m of where I lived while I have been on the road. Find this one on a walk around the block. Tftn.
Oh dear, a newly published cache by Rama497, thanks for the quickie mate.Detoured here upon my travels to the CC at silly oclock to grab a couple of new multis on my travels in Berowra and Cowan.Spot on coords gave me the smiley,
Find #: 3,625Companions: NoneMuggles: NoneWeather: Cold winter morningCache condition: GoodI was out west when this was published, and vaguely thought I'd be able to get back in time for the FTF, but when I saw it found quickly decided to linger and find some other caches. On the way back I parked next to GZ, on a road familiar from previous caches and runs, and was able to make a quick find - TNLNSL TFTC
