I met up with T-Tech for lunch in Salisbury today, and afterwards I headed off to grab a few caches. With four of this CO's puzzles solved and ready to go, two simple walks were all that was needed to make them all smileys. A few spots to search here, and of course I made it harder than necessary. TFTC, AI.
I thought I understood how to crack the code here but after trying a few things without success I gave up and just used the brute force method to find what I needed.I have driven by the location a few times since then, but it has always been super busy here. I decided that despite the recommendation, a night time recce would be the best way to avoid the muggles here. Tonight I had a brief window between taxi mum duties so I swung by to have a look. A quick scan with the torch showed no sign of the cache so I resorted to poking around in a few likely spots and eventually put my hand on it in a spot that I was not expecting it to be. Thanks AI for the puzzle and the cleverly hidden cache!
After attending a CITO nearby Davidwazza suggested we pick up some of these puzzles nearby . It was a lovely walk along with baby cottontail and all up I found 5 puzzles today and this was the fourth. This puzzle I remember doing but my notes look very confusing to me so I need to relook at the puzzle and solve it again and fix my notes .Davidwazza had already found this one but took baby cottontail to play in the play ground while I found the cache. What a great day to be a geocacher. Thanks anastasia for all the fun.
I visited this geocache back on 14/08/2024, but baby Cottontail was insisting on a playground stop, and there was one within the area of this geocache, so we were back again today. I saved Que Sera some time by providing a clue to its cleverly hidden nook, and placed a TB for safekeeping / future travels. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks once again anastasia_ingram for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.----------This morning, I planned to attend the Dutton Park [Clean Up South Brisbane Cemetery October](https://coord.info/GCAWYTH) CITO event, and then visit geocaches and a playground with baby Cottontail within the vicinity. After roaming around Tarragindi and Greenslopes, we visited Seven Hills Bushland Reserve to target [Slippery when wet](https://coord.info/GC7DV8B) EarthCache as part of EarthCache weekend. It was a wet night/morning, but thankfully, the rain stopped in time for our morning activities.
I happened to be passing around mid morning today and wandered over, hoping to avoid muggle attention. My first furtive glances down below revealed nothing at either end but I stayed calm and not long afterwards suddenly spotted something a little odd which produced a surprising collection of goods.Good stuff! All is good here so TFTC.
As mentioned by DavidWazza, a wet morning certainly discourages muggles and this morning was no exception. Alone in the area I soon made a quick find and took the log sheet under cover to add "G.M." to the log. Replaced as found and retreated to the car, almost dry. TFTC, anastasia-ingram.
Visitor from Adelaide attended morning CITO.. invited to eat some 'bad' but yummy food afterwards... whilst the girls were busy chatting, Roddy C put his smarts to work and we soon had the required numbers. Thanks to all for including me in your day
During our morning tea stop, after participating in the nearby CITO, we noticed that this puzzle was listed nearby. A quick discussion on how to go about solving it and RoddyC soon worked out the answer, and the checker agreed! Thanks, AI, for this good puzzle and hide.
With hatzofff, Snickersallan and Grannysmith1947 after a nearby cemetery CITO.I solved the puzzle over coffee with the group while they were chatting. Took a while to find. Log signed and cache replaced as found at 12:42 pm on 8 September 2024. TFTC, AI.
Out with geofriends after the event and coffee. Solved the puzzle while having coffee and decided to get on the way home. Not in the first obvious place as the troll was not in his home.Great day to be out and about. TFTCache AI
After attending a CITO at South Brisbane Cemetery a small group of us went to have coffee and cake/ pie at the bakery a couple of klms away. While here we worked out the answer to this puzzle and as it wasn't too far out of the way going how we made the grab, signed the log before replacing as found. TFTC
TFTC smile20584 Out and about on a Sunny day grabing a cache to try and keep a challenge going signed as GS1947 on small logs With geofriends having coffee and naughty food (cake yum) RoddyC solved this puzzle while us 5 ladys chatted Thanks Rod Thank you AI for placing this cache for our enjoyment
A puzzle that I had solved during the morning of its publication on 11/07/2024. No issues with its decoding and solution checker confirmation. With it being a wet morning, there were no other muggles around, so I used the opportunity to search around GZ. I initially searched where the clues suggested to look, and then expanded my search thinking it may have been hidden a little further than where my coordinates wanted me. After making a few looks from various angles and performing a head scratch, I spotted the cache in its unique hiding spot. A nice use of a camouflage sleeve, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks [anastasia_ingram](https://coord.info/PRBAER6) for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.----------Today, on Ekka show public holiday, it was a wet and drizzly day that wasn't conducive to geocaching. Whilst the rest of the family had a yoga/pilates class in Coorparoo, I explored the surrounding area, and then outwards to Greenslopes and Tarragindi. I enjoyed visiting a few reserves and bushlands that I hadn't checked out before, which included Tarragindi Nature Reserve and Tarragindi Reservoir.
Having just solved four of this series I thought I should take a stroll and find them. Lots of others strollers were in this vicinity, most of them with infants in them. Sadly the place was a little too busy with muggles for a proper search, and I find grovelling on the ground is difficult without attracting too much attention, so shall have to return another day or night. The riddle caused no great problem in deciphering. TFTC anyway. I thought it would not be long before A-I was used to create a geocache.
A morning of random caching with DavinellsAgain Davinells found the container as I overlooked it Thanks anastasia_ingram
There was a birthday party being set up nearby but Peppa and I managed to make the find without attracting too much attention.Tftc anastasia_ingramFind #6157
*FTF*Only managed to solve a couple of these before I had to take my daughter to work. Thanks for the cache anastasia_ingram
