The day of the Adamsfield event arrived. That and other caches were found. I am calling this my Chasing the rain trip. Thanks gooseandegg for hiding this cache. Now that my calendar and streak are completed, I can just cache for the fun of it. Your Traditional cache, 651/190, was just what I needed to get me out of the house and exercising. This is my find #2288 at 08:19 on 10/11/2024. I was in fact here when this was placed so it was just a small matter of adding my name to the log for this one. Great container BTWThis was another great trip the Adamfield but this time I wasn't driving for a change, my old Mitsi is no more she's dead, EeePees was good enough to offer me a lift to Sundays event so along the way I got to grab me some caches that I have been unable to find when passing before.Found on 09/11/2024 at 13:55:00 thanks to gooseandegg for placing this cache for me to find. We've driven past this spot very many times now and it's a memorable location of a fun day out (with the CO and Co) heading up towards the needles shortly after the bushfires and getting very dirty! TFTC!Cheers,The Hancock Clan

A rainy dark Saturday and we arrive to a sign of things to come on most days here. Rainfall depth taller than either of us are tall. Congratulations Memsec on yet another FTF

**FTF** 9am Earlier in the week the Queen and her devoted slave saw this cache published (on the ridge that divides the Madenes from the Pedderenes) . Unfortunately it was just before they had to take a trip to the North Island to enable the Queen to rest and recuperate. On return late last night they were surprised to see that it was still not found. So early this morning the slave was directed to find his way through the swirling mists (and braced against the biting cold) to this spot. Following the River of Der towards its source and branching off to the flooded Lake of Peddar, the slave eventually came to the nicely hidden cache with brightening views to the west. He was delighted and surprised to see the blank pages and sign for the FTF.TFTC
