What a great find! Very clever. The kids LOVED it. The paper is almost in pieces so possibly may need new paper soon

Great hiding spot

Out for a walk with the dog and decided to try for this one. When i first arrived, another geo-couple were searching, I gave them some space and jumped in once they were gone. 10 mins of searching the obvious places, before I moved on to the less obvious. Almost immediately the cache was in hand. Great hide! Tftc

I'm once again back in Melbourne for a few days and have been eager to clean up a lot of the new local stuff that's appeared in my absence.I thought I had a fair idea of where this cache might be stashed based upon the title, but the absence of any relevant structure made me rethink my search and approach it more comprehensively.A couple of spots stuck out as possible contenders and after rummaging around in one of them, I thought I'd only located some debris but then a cache popped out as well!Things fell into place for me in that moment, and I retrieved this rather unique cache - especially noteworthy for a first hide!I'd stashed a free pen I'd nabbed from somewhere in my carry-on and took it along with me to gz where I discovered it was pretty subpar at doing its primary job and had to rather aggressively scrawl my name on the log as best I could (picture attached). Thanks to KnightFam1990 for placing this one here! Smile

I saw that there were three green dots around Carrum on my map, and decided that today was the day to rectify the situation. I had read the previous logs for this cache and knew that it was clever. At GZ I had a reasonable idea of where I should be looking and what I was looking for, and I was correct, which made for a nice quick find. Great idea for a cache.

Came to find during the day but felt quite unsafe as there's a person laying amongst what I assume are their belongings, about 30m from GZ.Very sad to see.

A mark indeed, I had been here on a previous occasion but had a rather pressing time crunch and was unable to fully add this one as a smile, this time..... back with a vengeance I knew I was not leaving until I had the log signed. And with a short stroll the cache was quickly spotted this time. Thanks for the cache and the little adventure.

Find 3322Great winters sunny day for a bike ride and to do a couple of caches that have recently appeared.A nice out of the place away from muggles. Allowed the GPS to settle and with a good hint, I discovered the cache without hassle.A very nifty cache indeed, so well done.Log signed and all back safe again as found. Thanks KnightFam1990

Came back after a DNF yesterdayAfter learning that the cache wasnt where I thought I expanded my searchStill couldnt find it It was slightly frustrating as the app said I was 1 metre away but there was nothing in sight

04-Aug-24
Large metal structure has fallen, which is blocking the cache.Could not open the gate to get to it

04-Aug-24
There's no opening of gates involved with this Cache. Also no structure has fallen on the cache Smile

04-Aug-24
What a clever little cache! I must admit we were a bit stuck on this one but after checking the hint, thinking a bit and expanding the search area slightly, we soon had it in hand! TFTC!

Having seen that it had been re-established, I headed back to have another go.It was in one of the spots I checked last time but clearly I didn't check it well enough.Nifty container too. I don't think I've seen that before. Thanks Knightfam1990 for checking on it and giving me a better chance of finding it.Chiefton!!!

22-Jul-24
We searched for about half an hour, but our 2 sets of eyes couldn't turn up anything. Thanks anyway.Chiefton!!!

22-Jul-24
Have just checked on the Cache and upon inspection I've realised it was almost lost due to the previous finder not putting it back into the correct found position. Please put it exactly the way it was found so everyone can enjoy it. Thank you

18-Jul-24
Clever!

13-Jul-24
No luck today! Seems like obviously the cache is still there because of the recent logs and it's new, maybe next time

13-Jul-24
Very clever! Didn't think I was going to have that much trouble! I was thinking that's a silly hint. But once it was found it all made sense

13-Jul-24
Im glad I had the park to myself, as it took more time than I expected to locate the sneaky cache TFTC

{FTF} 11th July 2024, Found @ 2:03 pm, Find #3835School holidays is always a good time for some much needed down downtime. A time to recharge ready for the next term. Its a time where its ok to switch off the morning alarm and having pyjama days is not frowned upon. Binging on the latest Netflix or Prime series or whatever takes my fancy is a must. Theres so many positives I could go on and on. The best thing though is when I hear that familiar sound a notification of a new cache and Im not stuck in the classroom. Here I am sitting at home enjoying the warmth of the heater while savouring every mouthful of a bagel topped with homemade brambleberry jam. I contemplate leaving the comfort of the house wondering, whether I should go for it knowing that I might be pipped at the post. Excitement kicks in as I check the page again and see that it hasnt been logged. I decide its worth the risk and off I go. 15 minutes later I find myself in a location that might be full of children running around if it wasnt for this bitterly cold wind. I think to myself well this should be easy as I walk in the direction of the thing Im seeking. Within a few minutes I find myself at ground zero the search is on. I look up voices can be heard, perhaps its another finder. I see that its a father and son whove come to throw a frisbee around. Time is of the essence I realise as I decide to read the hint. I broaden my search and it pays off. I locate the cache and see the blank log. My name takes pride of place. I replace the cache just as I found it ready for the next finder. Its time to head back home to my nice warm house. Im awarding a favourite point for creativityThanks KnightFam1990 for placing this cache
