Took a hit longer to find as gps was wandering. TFTC

Find #: 3,769Companions: NoneMuggles: NoneWeather: Grey spring morningCache condition: GoodAfter running the Parramatta parkrun I still had some energy, so decided to go for a second jog around the nearby University campus (including the adventure lab) and then a loop along the river. I dodged some trains to get to GZ (looking forward to its opening - will be great to be able to ride down from Carlingford and then catch the light rail back up the hill!), and once there made a quick find given the nice hint - nice variation on a common container. Nice one and great history. Hint was clever. Was on taxi duties for a concert and this was part of my little caching run. TFTC!

Spent the morning caching with ilook4geo and chose to concentrate on some SideTracked caches. This was a nice easy find as the co-ordinates worked out well. All is good and the log now has two more names on it. Thanks for this cache placement go to Shrek. This is SideTracked cache No. 203 for our collection.

Happy to add SideTracked cache 197 to the list after a nice quick search revealed the container. TFTC.

Quick find at gz. Took at guess at the hint! I did see the new metro rounding the bend whilst signing ! Tftc

Its not often you see a bible scripture to do with a cache. I knew what I had to find. Once at GZ it was a quick grab. Love the container

In Parramatta for work again and woke up stupidly early so plenty of time to go for a walk before heading into the office. Had the choice of heading back to the cemetery in the hope of finding one I looked gif last night or over to Tramway Avenue to collect a few more. In the end the numbers one. First actually tried to ride a tram (plenty going through and I thought not busy as so early) but as I jumped on told not open to the public yet. Oops / at least made each of the locations very quiet. But seems a waste of money running dozens of empty trams all day!While I was gone this wet thought I would get one more since so close. Walked over the nice new bridge and another tram passed - hopefully they will be full soon. Once at the station took the long route to the cache - they dont want you on the tracks here. Quick find of a familiar but slightly different style cache. A few commuters here and signed the log to the sound of the filling cement trucks across the tracks. This will guarantee the cosmic souvenir at my event at home in Albury on Saturday.TFTC Shrek

A nice quick way to start the day near a new train line. TFTC.

I was in the Parramatta area, while C8 wanted to check out Westfield's. That's an excuse to go caching. With the Cosmic points up for grabs, these few around here were just the recipe.After just getting through my free 2 hours parking, I still had one more to clean up in the area. So we detoured to grab this and managed a park within 24m. I new my Bible stories, and at GZ I had instant CIH. Did the deeds, replaced and saw one of the light rail trams pass while they were testing them. TFTC

Found It!Interesting bit of history. Watched a tram go past loaded up with bags of cement. Then went and found the cache after working out what the hint referred to.TFTC

When I saw this published I had a bit of a churckle as I had a cache planted nearby but lost the coorodinates. After logging, I went to retrivemy cache and t was gone. Serendipity all round.Thanks Shrek for the cache and SideTracked cache number 112 for me. Favourite awarded.

Was on way to work when several new hides got published. Came here as its close. An interesting view of the new Sandown light rail junction. Surrounded by redevelopment works in progress. A new tram going past in test mode, with only one muggle aboard, aka the LRV driver alone. Thanks Shrk for this Sidetracked [FTF], this being my 1795th find so far. And 51th first find in eleven months.

Yay, another SideTracked cache to add to my found collection bringing my tally to 70.After a few caches around the North Rocks area I headed south for this new cache. Surprisingly the little car park area was full this afternoon. Another surprise was a parked train just east of the level crossing and very near GZ. There was a sign saying "Train testing at any time" and one came along while I was here!I like the historic and modern information on the cache page. Good to see the old infrastructure being revamped!The cache was a quick find, just as well or I'd have missed that tram! The camo is slightly different to others of that type and blends in really well. Favourite point for my favourite type.TFTC # 6130
