Logs
It was a nice walk through this out of the way reserve to find this one. At GZ we looked at the obvious for a while before spotting something different a little further away and we were soon signing the log. Cache replaced as found. Thanks KabbellaQld for the hide and a FP from us.
TFTC KabbellaQld your cache GeoBluff: Nature Lover that we found today. On our way home from a caching adventure in and around Mackay. Left Sarina this morning with Gin Gin as our destination tonight before reaching home in Maryborough. After setting up we headed out to find the caches around Lake Monduran and Gin Gin. All found in good order close to where the co-ordinates said we should look.Find Count: 20568
Took way longer than it should have. Mr HRH was the one to call Found It With Juju54
Staying near Gin Gin headed out for a few caches around here this being one of them. Thanks for arranging this clever hide. Looking for the cache at the wrong object for most of the time. Fav point
Found with another cacher and logging now I have a premium account. Thanks for the cache.
We had a nice stroll to this one, no other people in sight, searched at GZ for quite some time with no luck, expanded our search, no luck. Lost my sunglasses at some point, looked for them and had no luck. Read the previous logs and decided to use youngoldfellas coordinates on the Garmin, had the cache very shortly thereafter. Great hide and deserves a favourite.. TFTC!
Enjoying a day close to home with my wife Geomum007 and visiting Mum in Law, Busy Paws, instead of thousands of kilometres away in a Big Rig. TFTC
Loved the walk in, saw kangaroos and a wallaby. We all had an issue with finding! Used Yougoldfellow's co-ords, put into garmin and hey presto! VERY clever placement. TFTC we all had a good time with this one.
Time to look for some caches once again. Parked in a safe location and went walking in the direction indicated by the compass needle on the GPSr. No one else around and it is a nice walk from where I parked the Geomobile to the area around GZ. What's with my GPSr as it would not settle so I sat on the track for a couple of minutes. On small logs I use YOF as I tend to write big and youngoldfella takes up too much valuable space. Do not know what my GPSr is doing to me lately. 8 meters out. S 24 58.854 E 151 57.103 worked for me. Great host and a great hide. Success. TFTC KabbellaQld
(*FTF *) Ya a new empty log sheet... We parked up at the service station and went for a short walk in the bush. Gotcha.. We were surprised to see we were ftf here today. Tftc
