Unique find with the mechanism. Tried last time but it was busted, got there in the end.
Its not usual that I need to do more work to put the cache away than to retrieve it, but due to the weathering on this one that was the case. A great contraption here. It might need some WD40 or a replacement mechanism.A big thanks goes to junglator for taking the time to add GOSHAWK GUM to the geocaching map for us all to find and enjoy.----------------------------------------------------------Wow! This area was my old stomping ground during the Covid lockdowns. It was nice to revisit the area to look for this cache. Located what was needed and signed the log. Had a bit of difficulty replacing the cache but got there in the end with a bit of patience and a poke. Thanks for bringing me back here with your cache.
A short detour on my way back home. I have seen a similar cache up in Broadford, so this was a nice refresher. The hardest bit was restoring the cache to its original position, but it was fun!
Spent way way too long looking at the sign, when the cache wasnt there at all. Adjusted my mileage and once at correct location, found cache quickly, replacement wasnt so smooth but it got there in b the end Thanks junglator for GOSHAWK GUM#6235
After attending the Coburg Lake October Breakfast and gardening events, it was time to go caching. I ended up heading towards Bundoora, and this cache was on the way. This is a very clever idea for a cache. It took a minute to work out where the cache was, and what to do, but I was soon signing the log.
Out and about with omegaman, there are always plenty of laughs while we are turning caches into smiles. This is one of the caches found today. Thanks junglator for the cache.

What a cool setup! Took a team effort, but geokadude and I had the log in our hands soon enough. TFTC
What a great day for a ride and for finding a cache.A good area to place a cache nobody around to disturb finders. Cache found and signed. Thank you junglator for getting me out on this great day and thanks for your cache.Greytiger
Clever cache working as intended - out and about on my walk close to work. 3 Closest caches now all found - will have to extend my radius.
Very creative. Love it. The measuring tape gets stuck easy :-/ might need some TLC. TFTC
After a bit of a drive through the peak hour traffic then a short walk. Grub62 and I had a bit of a search around GZ until Grub62 noticed the cache. A few muggles were about on the nearby path but they passed quickly and showed no interest in us. I was totally unaware of this area and it was not too far from home. Thanks for bringing us here and TFTC.
Such a beautiful day for a walk, I decided to drop by on the way home from work to see what I could find. I tried many places, and then this appeared before my eyes. Very creative, I really enjoyed this. TFTC
bunadoorian and I came for a walk tonight to try and find this cache. It was lovely view of the sunset over the Sports Lake. We circled around and soon I found what we were looking for. Cache log signed then the fun started to put the cache back - it took a few efforts. TFTC and for bringing us here - a place we hadn't been to before - junglator & Spot eye.
[FTF] at 11:57pm. Saw this appear and knew the area well. Checked the weather and it was just a crisp winter night. Decided to leave my warm bed and get this and glad I did. FP for the unique idea in lovely location.
Very clever indeed! Im so glad I ventured out to grab this one. Definitely deserves a favourite from me. TFTC
