Chipping away at this series as we pass them on the way between camp and the town. Another nice cache ticked off, thanks for placing. Find #7306 on 19 Nov 2024.TFTC Adelaide Geocachers!
Today out and about on 293 of 366 days to get my daily cacher Dimond. Using my Garmin Etrex 22X, Garmin Montana 700 and MacBook Air!Thanks for the cacheTFTC
With a couple of days free, I decided to head off on an overnight solo caching and camping trip.I targeted a few caches of interest, including this one.The cache container and contents were found in good condition. Thanks Adelaide Geocachers for the cache.
Taking a few days off work so I can get away to Mildura for a long weekend. Of course I stopped for a few caches along the way. Perfect conditions to be outside and geocaching. All puzzles were solved in preparation of this trip. Armed with my TOTTs, all caches were found without problems. Thank you Honeysucker, for placing Lonely Fisherman #5 for the geocaching community.# # #15357 # #
Found with CPwanderer while in the area for a couple of days. Most of these caches were found with ease. Logs were signed with our full names or initials. What cute little "guardians" these caches have.We saw and heard a variety of birdlife. (The kookaburras were laughing at us at #3.) The only other wildlife that we saw was a family of kangaroos. TFTC and the series Adelaide Geocachers
A great series .... all found relatively easily (even the pole ones!!) apart from #1 !!!! Completed with Gizmos Gang on a great day out!!! Thanks for all the work to get these out!!!!
Out and about caching with Cheezel and WayneAPN while on a trip to the Riverland.Cache found and log stamped
The 3 Stooges are at it again. Out on the long weekend hunting caches. We wanted to head north for some high T caches that required a 4WD, but it didn't quite work out, so an alternative plan was hatched. The Riverland.Aimed for some High Terrain caches and caches that have been unloved for some time, years in fact, and with very few finders. Some were quite tricky to solve and took a bit of head scratching and a few other body parts.Plus, some others of interest along the way.Always great trips away with heaps of banter, dad jokes, tons of crap talk, but best of all, the camaraderie, and home made cake. All caches found and stamped. If some caches required maintenance, this was done. Thanks to all the COs for hiding and publishing these caches. Made for an adventurous weekendTFTC SL
The original plan was to head to the Argadells north of Port Augusta but the logistics simply didnt work out for us.So its Plan B, the Riverland So here we are, The 3 Stooges, WayneAPN (or as we call him That Numbers Guy), weredunn4 ( Mr Adventure) and myself are hitting the Riverland for some targeted high T caches, plus many many others along the way.Suffice to say, these are always great trips away with heaps of banter, dad jokes, tons of crap talk, but best of all, the camaraderieAll caches found and stamped. Any caches needing maintenance, we did our best to restore them to good health whether that be an additional log or new container. Thanks to all the COs for the caches we found this weekend, without you we dont have this game TFTC
We were getting away for the weekend to the Riverland, so decided to time it so as to get to the events at Lake Bonney today and tomorrow. Then BAMM the next day 21 new cache were published near the events too! We found 7 of them before today's Event, then 13 after. All bar one had very good co-ords and easy to find the cute containers! That's the podium filled folks...TNLNSL Thanks
Found it! Solved these last night in preparation for a drive up to the Riverland today to attend the event. A quick find here! TFTC!
Day four of a short trip to SA with ConnieandRick. After we went to Renmark, we noticed that some new puzzles had appeared on lake Bonney. While driving there we solved most of them in the car (and could nearly read my writing later!)Grabbed [FTF]s on all this series.A good clue lead to a quick find here.Got used to the sistema/boat combination of container. Thanks for this series, Robmc.
We're out in SA mainly to do some of the OYB series with Robmc but today was a trip to Renmark and surrounds. We'd just had lunch and saw these puzzles. What, just out today! So I drive, Robmc solves and here we are. Log signed and off to the next one. Joint [FTF].
