Found at 2:54 PM GAFF5. Wow - what is happening to our sleepy little town! These puzzle caches are big city standard and we had to once again do some collaboration to nut this one out. So many steps and so many options. Kinda satisfying though when the solution finally pops out Big GrinGetting to the cache also took a lot of work to manage how to get to it, as my pole of 8 metres just doesn't cut it!Thanks Portstevo.

We had quite a big discussion about this series of caches, & all the twist & turns involved to obtain the correct co-ords. I must admit I didn't have too much input into solving it.Today we teamed up with Wollaston as he has an extra long fishing pole plus his extra height was the correct amount we needed to reach the cache. The wind was not as bad at the final location, cache was easier to spot but harder to retrieve & replace. Thanks Portstevo for this challenging cache series.

Happy to be outnabout with Di Morgan while in town for a couple of weeks collecting a smiley here and there, and to capture the last cache in this very challenging and complex series. Fair to say that a number of people made up a team to gather all the correct answers. Im certainly not clever enough to have worked this one without a ton of assistance. Another great day for caching. TFTC Portstevo

The level of puzzle brain power to solve these few caches is amazing. If I'd thought of it, I'd think to myself that no-one would ever solve them, but alas, here we are. We didn't take the ladder with us this time, and we were soon regretting it. We pondered and wondered and pondered some more about the best approach, as we could see a bloke slowly wandering, peering into the nearby bushland. So, we didn't make much of an attempt, to avoid suspicion. By the time he got to us, we were chatting to him and he told us he was bird watching, and we told him donut...., well, kind of.....We ended up telling him about caching and he helped us plan an attack using his binoculars, so funny. I'd decided I was going to climb to within striking distance, and he kept guiding me with the help of his telephoto lens and binos. Had a very fun afternoon making these finds Portstevo, many thanks and cheers from Browngang

*FTF*Noticed this published a few days ago and managed to get a quick glimpse before it abruptly vanished from radar before reappearing with a slightly different title a day or so later. I guess we'll just put that down to the temporary activation of some advanced stealth tech Without delving into too much detail, it was certainly an unconventional approach that got us to the final GZ, but it worked and we were soon looking treeward at a peculiar object.Thankfully it was a little lower than Part 2, so managed to fish it down easily with our TOTT without needing any extra bits and tools, in fact we had to fish it down twice as it got snagged on a lower branch as we were bringing it to terra firma. Pleased to see another empty logsheet, although it was expected given the very few finds to date on the others in the series. It sure helps when so many other local cachers are off on holidays interstate and beyond Replacing it back up was a little trickier, as it was hard to make out the correct branch against the backdrop of the leaves, taking a reference photo beforehand certainly helped confirm it was the right limb. Thanks for the cache, giving FP for the camo and for the little series as a whole
