Find No. 4852. Found with FUF009 at 10.595amMelbourne Cup Day holiday where we live, so we all decided to go to Bendigo for the day caching. (No holiday in Bendigo as they have their own Cup Day off). We went with FUF009 in his ute today.First up it was to pick up a couple of items, then it was off caching for the rest of the day.As FUF009 was the driver, he was driving around getting all the caches that he needed off his list, going here, there and all over the place. Luckily for us we also needed to find them. Our second find for the day in a spot that we know well. Found the cache and worked out how to get it open. Have seen these before but not when we have been caching.TFTC BrianandGreg

Find # 16128Found with Tyred n Cranky With today being, Melbourne Cup holiday back home. I decided to go to Bendigo (as no holiday there )Had a couple of things to pick up before hitting up the caching map to make some more finds in the area. A bit off our trip but another smiley gathered. Tyred n Cranky had never seen one of these hides before.... But I've found a few mainly in the big smoke though. TFTC BrianandGreg

Find #3054 for me. Found at 11.57pm with jtnsilo, daughter and dog Bonnie after attending the nearby event. I was aware of this cache, but hadn't taken notice of it's location until the owner mentioned it at the event. I've been a lazy cacher this year, but even a lazy cacher couldn't drive away without finding one so close by, so dropped by with my friend jtnsilo for a quick find after most of the other cachers had already left. Thanks for another great cache Brian & Greg!

Appreciate the effort to place this cache.

I was in the area today with the Birdlife Melbourne Photographic Group and took the opportunity for a few caches. I wasn't sure what this one might involve but once at the posted coordinates I realised what might be required and set off for the final location. I quickly found the container and was soon able to unlock it to retrieve the log. Thanks to BrianandGreg for the cache.

Many dogs and their owners loving this area for a wander. Had to cool my jets by waiting before I could check this new cache.

After walking a fair bit yesterday i decided to take it easy today and just do a few inside chores, my legs are sore! This afternoon i popped down to the shops to pick up some supplies and treats to keep me going and while vacantly wandering the supermarket isles i got a notification. Woah, a new cache and only a couple of hundred meters from where i stood. Forget the shopping, im off! A quick drive and the geopooch and i were on site and on the hunt. It was a quick find and only took a little longer to figure out before i had a [FTF] log in the book. A great little container for this one and worthy of a favorite point from me. Half of the co team was on site so i got to enjoy a mini event as well, great fun and i forgot all about my sore legs too. Youve got mail. is find number 3,795 for me. A fun small sized letterbox hybrid I enjoyed finding as one of my caching adventures in Greater Bendigo City. I am logging this one on Wednesday 28 Aug 2024 at 5:51 pm and the weather is Light Rain 12C 46% 7 m/s . Thanks for placing this cache for the rest of us to enjoy BrianandGreg.*Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*
