Like those who came before me, I did the Fibonacci spiral around GZ till I saw the obvious. I went back after finding the previous cache for another look, and managed to find it, where I'd been standing for a lot of the time. Not sure how I missed it, but it does blend in very well, and I think I was expecting something higher up, knowing how tall the CO is!Anyway thanks for this one. Manningham is actually my 2nd-most cached LGA with 268 finds before this one.[Quasar](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=Quasar) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCAXDRR/91607 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.User has 268 finds (100 needed).Filters:( types (Traditional Cache , Unknown Cache , Multi-cache , Letterbox Hybrid , Wherigo Cache) , county:Manningham , country:Australia)

Wow that must be one very well hidden cache. I definitely qualify for the challenge and set out for a bike ride on cup day afternoon to grab a few local caches but this one eluded me. I must've spent about half an hour searching everywhere within a 10m radius but it still eluded me. I can see lots of geo trails but none lead to an actual cache. I suspect it may have gone missing as I have looked everywhere. Gave up to avoid further damaging the vegetation.

Found it! Needing a mystery cache for today for another challenge and I saw this pop up and I meet the requirements. At GZ I wandered around for a while and eventually spotted the cache. A nice area that may be overwhelmed with weeds soon. I didnt spot a couple of native Chocolate Lilly nearby. I'm another cacher who has no idea how many caches I've found in the Manningham LGA. Very pleasantly surprised to see I qualify and enjoyed a lovely walk to find and sign this log......although a 29 degree day out of the blue was a bit intense! Thanks for bringing me here with your Challenge.[haldane](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=haldane) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCAXDRR/91607 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.User has 337 finds (100 needed).Filters:( types (Traditional Cache , Unknown Cache , Multi-cache , Letterbox Hybrid , Wherigo Cache) , county:Manningham , country:Australia)

Out and about today on the weekend enjoying the weather and the cache hunting. Today's focus was initially a CITO because I needed one on the 20th of the month. After that we had a nice lunch and gathered a few caches on a roundabout way home to avoid the toll roads. While driving here I read a couple of logs about people having trouble finding this but I spotted it immediately once at GZ.[spiffy-](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=spiffy-) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCAXDRR/91607 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.User has 395 finds (100 needed).Filters:( types (Traditional Cache , Unknown Cache , Multi-cache , Letterbox Hybrid , Wherigo Cache) , county:Manningham , country:Australia)Currently 5th overall Manningham finder at the moment too - not too bad. Thanks ahomburg for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

I had no idea how many caches I had found in Manningham, and got quite a surprise when I ran the checker.[BoabTree](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=BoabTree) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCAXDRR/91607 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.User has 279 finds (100 needed).Filters:( types (Traditional Cache , Unknown Cache , Multi-cache , Letterbox Hybrid , Wherigo Cache) , county:Manningham , country:Australia)I had a search for the cache last week, but the light was fading and I had a "wrong idea", so I was unable to find it. I received some intel at an event I attended earlier in the week, and found the cache almost immediately. Nice to tick this one off.

I know Im a little cache blind but really had no clue. The structure that Adriaan (and Dave too?) has constructed made it worth my while. Tft adventure

Manningham really is a great place to cache. There are so many good caches in Manningham. It is so good to have one of these LGA challenge caches that we actually qualify for, given it is our home LGA. Also great because it is close to home. The cache took a little searching, but once spotted you can't unsee it! There shouldn't be any muggle issues here. It's a nice secluded area, although the geo trails are already quite obvious. Thanks for placing an LGA challenge in Manningham ahomburg.[veevers12](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=veevers12) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCAXDRR/91607 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.User has 254 finds (100 needed).Filters:( types (Traditional Cache , Unknown Cache , Multi-cache , Letterbox Hybrid , Wherigo Cache) , county:Manningham , country:Australia)

Found at 15:01I needed to check on my cache on the other side of the freeway this afternoon so I came here first for a look. I searched around for a while before updating the cache and seeing the new coords, I found out quickly in the (slightly) new location. No problem with this challenge at I think I have found all but one of the caches in Manningham. Thanks ahomburg for the cache[geo_jas](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=geo_jas) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCAXDRR/91607 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.User has 403 finds (100 needed).Filters:( types (Traditional Cache , Unknown Cache , Multi-cache , Letterbox Hybrid , Wherigo Cache) , county:Manningham , country:Australia)

After the event at Readings caf in The State Library I dropped in here on my way to do daycare pickup in Hampton Park. The cache was spotted on my second lap of the area with an EPE of 4.5 metres.(I'm guessing you updated the coordinates shortly after my visit.) I like the idea of the onsite overnight accommodation for those that struggle to find the cache. Thank you for the 100 Finds in the Manningham LGA Challenge ahomburg.Checker says "all good". n0w0rries fulfils challenge 100 Finds in the Manningham LGA Challenge (GCAXDRR), according to https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCAXDRR/91607[n0w0rries](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=n0w0rries) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCAXDRR/91607 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.n0worries has 179 finds (100 needed).*[n0w0rries - Wheel of Challenges Geocoin](https://coord.info/TBAGZHT) payed a visit.*

**[DNF](https://www.geocaching.com/live/log/GL1CYYV0G) Avenged!**I had attempted the FTF on this one the evening it got published, but with having dinner plans with the snuggle muggle that I couldn't miss I only had the quickest look around.Unfortunately, that wasn't good enough to get the FTF and so with needing to find a mystery cache today in order to fill in a missing calendar date for another one of the [CO's](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=1ded3729-fe62-40bb-9f5f-fd559e7163b1&wid=2a37576e-d39a-41cc-a6f4-9bc6486f1c5f&ds=2) challenge caches, [WCW - Almost a Complete Mystery Challenge (GC9Z59N)](https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC9Z59N) I decided to give this one another look. So after work I hopped in the geomobile and made my way over to GZ. I had already scouted out the best place to park and the best way to get to GZ on my first attempt, so that was relatively easy. After my struggle with finding the cache on my first attempt, I had planned to be searching for awhile, but this trip was completely different. I basically spotted the cache on my approach to GZ. *Ugh! Why couldn't I do that the other day!*Well I was more than happy that it was a nice short search today.**Challenge Complete!**Well I absolutely love challenge caches and try to give them favourite points, when I can. Unfortunately, I am currently on a bit of a backlog of owed favourite points, but when I earn another one I will be sure to come back and give this cache a well deserved favourite point.A big thanks goes to [ahomburg](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=1ded3729-fe62-40bb-9f5f-fd559e7163b1&wid=2a37576e-d39a-41cc-a6f4-9bc6486f1c5f&ds=2) for the fun challenge. The logbook was also clean and dry with plenty of room for future cache finders to sign.

#2 for this evening's caching run with G&J GJMMelb, we headed off aong different routes to GZ and (curses!) G&J beat me to it, but we headed off to GZ on foot together... G&I headed down the most direct/lazy geotrail, while J took another (actually more direct) geotrail - neither was that direct as it turned out... Searching around it was J who located it - a bit off where my GPS said it ought to be but glad to cross off this challenge cache Smile TFTCC ahomburg

I saw the notification ping, but was at least an hour away from GZ so figured it would be gone by the time I got there.Turns out I should have had a crack...nevermind, I did get to watch the Hawks win! As this is one of the few ahomburg challenges I qualify for I decided to head out this afternoon and make the find. Took a while at GZ to locate with the GPS bouncing around a bit and plenty of vegetation. *Found on the 8 Sep 2024 @ 9:45AM.**Cache find # 15771.* I dont mind a challenge cache and this being a new one, I couldnt resist making my way to this one on my outing today.I arrived at GZ and started looking around, and around I went a couple of times and even having a pretty good idea in my mind as to what this cache might be, turned out I was correct in my thinking, it still took my a while to locate it, dont think I was looking low enough at first, eventually it was found which in the end, it wasnt that hard to see, the log was signed and I headed off on a bit of a drive to the next one.**Thanks to ahomburg for keeping the game going by placing this cache.**[SteMicMitSar](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=SteMicMitSar) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCAXDRR/91607 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.User has 298 finds (100 needed).Filters:( types (Traditional Cache , Unknown Cache , Multi-cache , Letterbox Hybrid , Wherigo Cache) , county:Manningham , country:Australia)
