13:31When this was published, I was asked if I was gonna rush out in an attempt to be the first to make a mark."Nup, it can wait until zombeefish has an appointment up the hill."Well, that's this afternoon. So after enjoying a coffee in the waiting room, off I trotted to map a few more new streets on Strava. And, serendipitously... find this cache.Another excellent, thematic container, veevers12.SideTracked #133#9392
Went on a SideTracked hunt today with goingplaces2. We were surprised to be able to park at or near all the stations, which made things easier. We had a successful day and noted both names on all the logs. All is good here and a quick find was made. TFTC.
We visited quite a few train stations today with ilook4geo to pick up some more SideTracked caches. The cache here was soon found and opened successfully. FP for the cute container. Thanks go to veevers12 for placing this cache which is SideTracked cache No. 251 on our list.
Just a short walk from uni to find this one with a mate today, coords where a bit bouncy for me but in the end we found it tftc!
Out and about in the area finding Adlabs and caches on this gorgeous Sunday arvo, this cache was next on our radar and whilst we were doing a nearby AdLab, GMelb diverted off to find this cache. Once access was sorted the cute cache was signed and we were on our way.TFTC veevers12 - GJMMelb
Find number 14576 at 10:28:53am on Friday the 8 November 2024Out galavanting around this city doing chores, chasing up bits and pieces and grabbing the odd geocache here and there It turned out to be a big trip though as I skirted right around the city before returning home about six hours later.First stop for the day and a quick find and a nice hide!**Thanks for placing this cache veevers12**---*WOW, so much happening at home in Victoria*Dont forget to log your will attend for Victorias first ever Block Party in March 2025, the [**The Sunbury Event**](https://coord.info/GCAP417).Theres also all those lists of amazing geocaches at [Geocaching Victorias List webpage]( https://geocachingvictoria.com.au/information/great-caching-lists), go check them out.
Another Sidecached cache ticked off the list. Great little container. Not too busy this morning so plenty of time to look around without muggles wondering what Im up to. TFTC
Very nice container indeed and the lock to perform a quick calculation on the spot and make sure that at least someone reads the cache description. TFTC!
I used to live in Macleod and during the Covid lock downs I was a frequent visitor to Gresswell Forest and its surrounds. Thanks for bringing me back here. An interesting piece of History too.
Hi the area so decided to pick up a few select caches along the way. Nice themed container and soon had it open. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC
I needed an adventure lab location and the one just up the road from here is the closest unfound one from home. Naturally I had to find this one too while I was here. A super cute cache container with a geotrail leading me straight to it. Thank you veevers12 for placing and maintaining SideTracked - Macleod for us to find today.
Took a while to spot, I must be getting rusty.Nice looking cache Thanks veevers12 for SideTracked - Macleod#6234
Loved you very cute little cache. A little worried about the terrain on a beautiful sunny day that I may have company but with a bit of stomping I found the spot. TFTC
On our way to the Mernda BBQ. This is our meeting point. Mum and Dad (+Wife and n0w0rries) arrived a few minutes before we did. Charlotte ran over to give her grandparents a big hug before the geocaching adventures began. We made our way across the road and soon had the cute cache in hand. Charlotte was a bit reluctant to see it go back into its hidey hole, she wanted to keep playing with it, but she knows that this is where it must stay. Thank you for being a part of our family fun day out veevers12.
SideTracked # 139Found with +Wife and LyonsPride3 on our way to the Geocaching Victoria sausage sizzle in Mernda. We chose this cache as our meetup spot. It is always great to add another SideTracked cache to the tally. Our Granddaughter loved this cache and thoroughly enjoyed playing with it for five minutes before it was replaced.
Our plan for today is to go geocaching with our youngest son, his wife and our youngest granddaughter. We met up here on our way to Bunnings for a sausage. The cache was a nice quick find and after Rod worked out the code, the log was signed. thank you for adding yet another cache to the SideTracked series.
I love Side Tracked caches, they are perfect for a dull, drizzly, cold day. Jump on a train, jump off, find the cache, jump back on the train. This cache actually took a bit of finding as my GPS does not like seem to like dull weather very much. I searched and then searched wider, and eventually looked in the right spot. The cache container is the cutest little thing, and I have never seen a lock quite like this one before.
Out and about with omegaman, there are always plenty of laughs while we are turning caches into smiles. This is one of the caches found today. Had to feed our obsession with side tracked caches and come and do this one. I personally think this is a really side tracked caches. Thanks veevers12 for the cache.
Having lived on the Hurstbridge train line for most of my life and having attend university in Melbourne and also caught the train to work for many years I have passed through Macleod Station thousands of times. In more recent years I have dropped or picked up my sons at Macleod Station when there is work going on on the train line. Earlier this month, while travelling through Macleod Station with my husband, I commented that there was no SideTracked cache here. What a welcome surprise to see this one published a few days ago.Today I had a few hours to spare, before having to work this afternoon, so I made the short drive and walk to find this cache. After negotiating the vegetation I was able to find the log, sign it, and return it safely.Thank you veevers12 for this cache and adding to the SideTracked series.

Second to find with bunadoorian. We were watching tv when the cache was published. Off we went for the short drive. On approach to GZ I noticed a torch light and two people. Well done BmFreja and erroma on your first to find. What a nice cache. TFTC veevers12.
Grub62 and I received a message that there was a new cache nearby. So we ventured out and as we approached GZ we heard voices from that direction. So we had a pleasant meeting with other geocachers and had to settle for a STF for Grub62 and a TTF for me. Well it was fun and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thanks to Veevers12 for the fun and TFTC.

Just when The Amazing Race ended we got the notification. Just around the corner. Lets go. I checked a suspicious log, from three sides. The wife found it on the fourth. [FTF] Just finished the logging when fellow geocachers arrived. Thanx for the evening walk.
Finished watching Celebrity Amazing Race, hubby says there is a cache published very close. Went for it and got first to find [FTF] just before fellow geocachers. TFTC
