Heading SOR today for an appointment. With time to kill I detoured over toward the Tonkin when the FTF was still up for grabs on the 3 new caches published. There was a small crowd gathered near the fence and after driving over the bridge I encountered 2 gentlemen sat off in a car doing whatever they were doing. I used a common sense stealth approach to the cache under their gaze. Empty log and FTF..@ 1006 hrs{*FTF*}
