The CO has given me several opportunities to visit this area over the last few months, and the latest EC was another good reason to take a drive out here. It was a short walk from the parking area to the platform and viewing location. The waves weren't very high today, so there was no one out testing the surf this afternoon, just a few birds standing by the edge of the rock platform. I took note of the information to answer the questions which will be submitted to the CO.Walking back to the car. I noticed the unique potholes on the rock platform. There is quite a bit of erosion where the rock platform changes colour from a grey/white colour to a brown/tan colour and there are lots of crabs scurrying around. Thanks for bringing me out here and the lesson on waves and rock formation. TFTECNB: The parking WP is currently on the rock platform, not at the parking spot near the gates.

Beautiful spot looking out at the waves today. Ive never been here before and didnt realise you could drive all the way out to this platform. Fairly quiet day with a few fishermen out on the rocks. Thanks for bringing me out this way!

Came out to Voodoo on this lovely sunny day, no surfers around, only a spearfishman, with speargun. Answers sent to CO. Thanks to Wazza9 on a lesson on waves.

A beautiful day for a ride, I thought, but hey, what's this? A new earth cache published around the bay? I found the idea of a coastal ride to be very appealing and set out to attempt getting an FTF, but doubted I would be successful. After all, I was riding my bike.3.5 hours later, after riding 45km and finding a handful of caches along the way, I arrived at the Earth Cache.I was surprised to find that nobody had beat me too it. After admiring the amazingl view and resting for a moment I proceeded to answer the questions and take some selfies.I'm wearing my GCC jersey as I'm participating in the Great Cycling Challenge fundraiser to support the CMRI's research and treatment of children with cancer. It's great to simultaneously participate in a fundraiser and find caches.Solo [FTF] TFTC wazza9 Worth an FP for the beautiful view Also, for the geological education
