I was in Adelaide for a few days and noticed that there was an event on so made sure to stop by. Thanks for hosting.
Attending my first BOC breakfast after missing the previous 63 events. The later time suited me as I usually drive my wife to work on Thursday mornings. I got there a little late as prearranged with CO. OZGrumpy gave me back an old cache (Bishops Court), that got disabled after the stone wall it was hiding in got repaired a couple of years ago. Thanks for the return and the event, OZGrumpy
Veni. Vidi. I Locuti. Comedi. Scripsi.Yes, bgmat is still alive. After spending the majority of the year travelling both intra and interstate, this was one of the first events I could attend for a long time. It was good to catch up with some familiar and not so familiar faces. Had the usual conversations about various puzzles and caches as well as many other topics. While this was a small turnout, I thought it was a great time. Thanks for organising and to everyone who attend.
Stopped by for a coffee and a chat with like minded people. As always a great event. This particular geocache event was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log.
