As this cache no longer qualifies for the micro dotty challenge, there is now no more reason to hold off grabbing, although today is a micro-dot day so I'll have to go find another one (oh dear, how will I cope).Parked up next to the tunnel and was a bit surprised at the distance (thinking it was a short stroll). If it didn't have such high D/T ratings it would be useful for my distance to finds. Headed off in the warm sunshine. Reached GZ and paused while a muggle jogger went past and I soon spotted the cache. Signed and replaced. All good here, and thank you to NZ_B for the placement of your Mystery Cache.Find: #7425[bruzie](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=bruzie) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCB0HV6/94174 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.Complete:7 type with difficulty=1.5* GCEE0 found on 2013-12-20 - Mount Victoria (Wellington, Wellington) **Virtual Cache*** GC2YQJM found on 2014-01-24 - Old McDonald Had A Farm ( Franklin) **Unknown Cache*** GC2RBEK found on 2012-12-14 - D2P on SH2 (Wellington) **Traditional Cache*** GC1PZH5 found on 2014-10-16 - Hugo Auckland CBD **Wherigo Cache*** GC2FCTM found on 2014-04-13 - Brownie's Letterbox Cache (Wellington) **Letterbox Hybrid*** GC29KGV found on 2013-08-15 - Wellington Waterfront (Wellington) **Earthcache*** GC2GBVH found on 2012-12-30 - Curse of the FTF #9 (Wellington) **Multi-cache**7 type with terrain=1.5* GC2GBVH found on 2012-12-30 - Curse of the FTF #9 (Wellington) **Multi-cache*** GCEE0 found on 2013-12-20 - Mount Victoria (Wellington, Wellington) **Virtual Cache*** GC2ARF8 found on 2013-10-12 - Dead Drop (Wellington) **Unknown Cache*** GC2E26M found on 2012-12-09 - Cornish-where? I went for a stroll from the Ngauranga station parking area this morning. A pleasant walk. Soon found the prize once I got to GZ. I suspect that this will need to be moved at some future stage. Once the new walking bridge is built over the railway lines the place where the cache is will most likely be in no mans land and inaccessible. Thanks for the challenge and the cache.

Well, I was in the bath, with a glass of red wine at hand when this was published, so there was no way I was about to dash out to chase a FTF!Will probably leave the signing duties until I am back in the saddle & the battery can do the bulk of the work for this one - but just to allay suspicions, here is what project GC reckons ae my list of Qualifying caches.7 type with difficulty=1.5GC9RW7C found on 2022-08-12 - GPS Adventures Maze Canada - Abbotsford, BC GPS Adventures ExhibitGCEE0 found on 2013-02-04 - Mount Victoria (Wellington, Wellington) Virtual CacheGC39PP0 found on 2012-07-21 - Which Witch (Wellington) Unknown CacheGC3CF1V found on 2012-06-18 - Buster's Book's Lookout (Wellington) Traditional CacheGC5NBFF found on 2015-05-30 - Taradale Pou Wherigo CacheGC2FCTM found on 2013-01-25 - Brownie's Letterbox Cache (Wellington) Letterbox HybridGC1WG2N found on 2013-01-16 - Napier Earthquake (Napier) Earthcache7 type with terrain=1.5GC3R6VQ found on 2012-07-31 - Lest We Forget ~ Ngaio (Wellington) Multi-cacheGCEE0 found on 2013-02-04 - Mount Victoria (Wellington, Wellington) Virtual CacheGC39PP0 found on 2012-07-21 - Which Witch (Wellington) Unknown CacheGC1PW74 found on 2012-06-17 - Bibliophile Treasure Trove (Wellington) Traditional CacheGC1A4ZP found on 2017-07-02 - Esplanade Exploration (Manawatu) Wherigo CacheGC2FCTM found on 2013-01-25 - Brownie's Letterbox Cache (Wellington) Letterbox HybridGC1JPG7 found on 2013-01-16 - Te Mata Peak (Hawkes Bay) EarthcacheLooking forward to more * challenges appearing in the firmament!

Saw this one published last night and realised that I qualified easily. As it turned out, I had some spare time this morning and the weather was great, so I had a coffee in Thorndon and then took the train out to Ngauranga. Welked to the cache, and then for a bit of exercise walked on to Petone to take the train back. Met up with Boxhill as I was approaching the cache, great to have a chat! A quick find at GZ - I'm glad I scored it sooner rather than later as caches along here have a habit of not lasting all that long. I have a suspicion that I'll be seeing more of this area, it's ripe for a decent-sized cache trail like the ones that used to be here. Signed log, TFTC.--Evidence of qualification from Project-GC::agcnz has used Project-GC Challenge Checker to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.7 type with difficulty=1.5GCEE0 found on 2008-10-02 - Mount Victoria (Wellington, Wellington) Virtual CacheGC16CAE found on 2008-01-02 - Roydon's Treasure Hunt (Wellington) Unknown CacheGCWGPV found on 2007-12-01 - Brooklyn Battery (Wellington) Traditional CacheGC1T5FG found on 2013-12-11 - Hole in the Rock (Wellington) EarthcacheGC3B5ZA found on 2012-10-21 - Solar System Tour Guide (Otago) Wherigo CacheGC1K9AC found on 2009-01-14 - The Jolly Postman (Wellington) Letterbox HybridGC1926V found on 2008-03-23 - Brandons Rock (Wellington) Multi-cache7 type with terrain=1.5GCEE0 found on 2008-10-02 - Mount Victoria (Wellington, Wellington) Virtual CacheGCMGAY found on 2007-12-29 - High Calibre Cache (Wellington) Unknown CacheGCVVNR found on 2007-12-04 - What's the point? A joint [FTF] @ 21:32It's been a busy night. After work (which is a mere 600m from the cache location) I had to head up to Kapiti to pick up a recent purchase, followed by a couple of geocache finds up there (I am very close to having the Kapiti region cleared out). Then back home and was about to head out the door again as this new cache appeared. So, back to work I went. As my work comes with easy parking I stopped there and a short walk in the cold later I was signing the log paper with TwigNZ and the Seagnoid. Funny too, cos it was only recently I was observing that the cache trail that used to be along here had gone away, and now it looks like it might be coming back. [YetiNZ](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=YetiNZ) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCB0HV6/94174 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did, with both seven 1.5 Difficulty cache types and seven 1.5 Terrain cache types.7 type with difficulty=1.5GC4CE1 found on 2018-02-24 - MM MM Good Virtual CacheGC2YJ3A found on 2017-11-25 - Zealandia Power Trail Cache #1 Unknown CacheGC5MMY6 found on 2017-07-09 - Napier Central (Napier) Traditional CacheGC6F2GK found on 2020-02-15 - Seawalls Murals for Oceans - Ahururi Wherigo CacheGC7K6WA found on 2019-01-02 - Sorting out the Dunes EarthcacheGC7M41X found on 2018-06-12 - Oliver's letterbox revisited (wanganui) Letterbox HybridGC2N3H2 found on 2017-12-16 - Angel's Steps (Wellington) Multi-cache7 type with terrain=1.5GCAA4GJ found on 2023-11-02 - NS#24 A Wheely Good Time #06 (Swifty Land) Wherigo CacheGCEE0 found on 2018-04-01 - Mount Victoria (Wellington, Wellington) Virtual CacheGC48ZT2 found on 2017-07-09 - The Almighty Johnsons (Sthn Hawkes Bay) Unknown CacheGC5MMY6 found on 2017-07-09 - Napier Central (Napier) Traditional CacheGC491RB found on 2017-07-09 - Requiscat in Pace - OngaOnga (Sthn Hawkes Bay) Multi-cacheGC5T25D found on 2018-10-14 - Te Papa Tongarewa (Wellington) EarthcacheGC7M41X found on 2018-06-12 - Oliver's letterbox revisited (wanganui) Letterbox Hybrid---Thanks to NZ_B for placing and maintaining this cache. Funny how things work out. TwigNZ and I were in the vicinity when the cache notification came out so we high tailed it here and met YetiNZ along the way. Which naturally followed a bit of reminiscing about the two series that used to be along this road. I mentioned one had codes that you needed a UV light for - I never collected them, mainly because I didn't know about them to I was 3/4 through. Yeti said the codes were for a final cache that was never released. So anyway, this cache suggests another series might be brewing...I am completing this challenge with Terrain. No, wait... with Difficulty. Terrain. No, definately completed with Difficulty! Thanks for the joint {FTF}.[the Seagnoid](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=the%20Seagnoid) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCB0HV6/94174 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.Complete:7 type with difficulty=1.5GC9RW7C found on 2022-08-12 - GPS Adventures Maze Canada - Abbotsford, BC GPS Adventures ExhibitGC2608 found on 2011-12-23 - Clean Green Wonderland (Bay of Plenty) Virtual CacheGC2P4Y2 found on 2012-02-25 - Where have all the golf balls gone? Joint {FTF} @ 21:32 with YetiNZ and the Seagnoid.I came down to Wellington this afternoon to attend an event in the CBD, and of course to catch up with friends etc. That meant that I happened to be in the area when this new cache got published, which was fortuitous as I qualified for it so was keen to make the find.Looking at where it was on the map, I knew I'd been along there in the past (May 2020) caching a series put out by another mate of mine, so knew where to park up to walk to it. A bit of a shame that the howling southerly was quite biting, but at least there was no rain.Looking at the name of the cache makes me wonder if there will be more of these...Thanks for putting this one out tonight SmileIn this instance, I'm claiming qualification of both optional criteria;[TwigNZ](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=TwigNZ) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCB0HV6/94174 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did.Complete:7 type with difficulty=1.5GCEE0 found on 2018-10-20 - Mount Victoria (Wellington, Wellington) Virtual CacheGC2P4Y2 found on 2017-11-11 - Where have all the golf balls gone?
