A great spot for the cache which was soon found with the helpful information. Log signed and replaced as found. Thanks for the cache Georgie & Co.
Day 14 of my fortnight+ road trip up to Brisbane and back to Blue Mountains. Waiting for my geomobile repairs to be completed, hence more QLD geocaching.Focusing on older caches for my Jasmer calendar. And more LGAs to the west. And those randomly here or there by chance. Dusk find enroute to Toowoomba. TFTC Georgie & Co
Thank you, you have broken my streak of bad luck with caches! Excellent directions and cache!
I walked to what I believed would be the spot on my intuition but overlooked the cache. My dad found this one. Amazing views and so great to find another oldie. Thanks for maintaining this cache.
While Mrs DunWorking admired the Views I went search of this Cache. Not where I expected it to be but found it all the same. TFTC - Great Views
Great spot to visit while we were stopped for a picnic lunch. Easy find thank you!
Staying for a couple of days at the ESK caravan park and decided to have a drive to Crows Nest. Picked up a few along the way and the Ad labs in town.Total Caches Found 15950TFTC Georgie & Co
On a caching holiday from Mackay. In the search of old caches and ones to fill DT grid spaces. Found TFTC SL Thanks for placing this cache for our enjoyment.
Road tripping once again from Mackay heading to the Gold Coast this time via some old caches along the way. Quick and easy TFTC.
Lovely, scenic location. I was a lot cooler at the cache than out in the open, so I'm glad I decided to follow the short trail.
Came looking for this one before but couldnt get to it.Thanks to the previous Cachers who have added new logbooksTFTC
With a day off work, I decided to head out and do some caching. I mainly targeted caches that would help with several challenges Im currently working on. Slowly chipping away at the Jasmer Challenge and finding this cache allows be to cross another month off the list. Great to cross off another old Queensland cache from the list. Nice scenic location. TFTC. T 1xTB LN. SL. Retrieved TB Surrey Travel Tag from cache and will move along. TBs Eddie Mac to New Zealand and Back, Prado Owl , Rawhide and Kiwi Bird visited.Find # 1868.
On a pretty big day out I spent the afternoon in Ravenshoe National park. This was the last of four caches attempted on this visit.I really enjoyed this cache. The instructions were very clear, and as foreshadowed in the description, the foilage has certainly advanced over the last two decades. A quick walk from the seat and I could see the remnants of the felled tree. After a quick search, the cache container was found. All good here. Thanks very much for creating this cache for the community Georgie & Co. CheersNote: I recorded the code for the trackable which is still in the cache container.
Found and signed with a sticker. Amazing views, loved visiting with some of the extended unicorn family tftc
We decided to go the long way home after spending the weekend in Toowoomba. That gave us the opportunity to pick up some oldies, some that helped with challenges and explore new places as well. I havent been here since childhood and my return brought back some great memories. My first ever confrontation with as snake happened on the circuit walk here more than 35 years ago. Today, the only thing I had to deal with was a leach, although Im not sure which is preferable. We followed a slight geotrail a short way into the scrub where the cache was quickly found. Afterwards we headed over to take in the expansive views. Thanks Georgie & Co
Discovered this using a previous account (@heysohyun), so logging it with this current profile.
Found it out with DustandEchoes.

I was surprised to see that there were several 'old' caches on our target list today. We had picked them based on accessibility and likely interesting points of view. When we pulled up I noticed a group of people picnicking not far off. We made ourselves inconspicuous at the nearby table, and I darted into the scrub. Easy find and a great size. So glad many of the caches found today, this one included, contained a pen or pencil.

During our recent stay in Crows Nest we stopped in Ravensbourne to enjoy a break. We found this oldie in good condition and signed the log. A fav point for the view.

In Crows Next for the weeked for the Rural Safari 2022. Staying over for an extra day to recover, so decided to go for a leasurely drive down to the Lakes, which I have never visited before.
Pretty fairy land! unfortunately, the ink has leaked everywhere, including over my new $2.00 T-shirt from St Vinnies.....
Thanks Geogie & Co - I have removed a lot of rubbish from your container.

Found @ 1214 with Gumboot_Adventurer & Squirrel_Joe - quick find off in a secret garden. Took the 4WD track up to the site. A lot of curious on lookers as we popped out from the track. TNLNSL TFTH
Found and signed. There was water inside the container but the log was mostly dry.

Good one indeed! Dropped by the lookout to eat my lunch today in my way to Toowoomba. GZ is a magical place! I haven the TB’s to move them along
Took us a bit and a wander down the path, but we figured we definitely had gone too far and headed back to the car to search closer to the park. Did a quick look for other tracks and found it 30m from our car. Great little hide.
We like it here. Maybe we'll come back to this one soon. It's pretty good scenery.
A wet day when I finally made it here. Limited views but a very green landscape.
Enjoyed the old cache, hope that it will live on
Thank you for hiding this geocache Georgie & Co

Beautiful place, but you may need to climb into the bush. Quite a big one, I'd say. Lots of unexpected things inside. Thanks a lot.
I started my road trip out to Cunnamulla with a planned detour driving caching day out around Minden, Marburg, and then north picking up old caches and a few as I passed. Then travelled up to Esk and the across the divide finish up in Highfields for the night where I will start tomorrow.
Some absolute crackers of caches and views, some easy grabs and then there was the ones I suffered from cache blindness. Thank you to all the CO’s for the cache hides.
My next for the day, a quick find, I signed the log and replaced as found all good with this one.
In the dark and I thought really I have to go in there, I braved the dark and rainy conditions and wondered in. wow that’s not too bad really and found the cache in seconds, awesome.

In Toowoomba visiting my friend, we decided to come for a drive and go for a walk in the national park. Beautiful spot with beautiful views! Loved the cache.
I was in the area today and just had to visit this old cache. 18-01-03 was my last visit... pretty damp inside so dried the best I could. Need some desiccant packs. Used mine up replacing Bald Rock Views. Thanks for the memory Georgie&Co...
Also needs new 90mm stormwater screw cap WITH O RING..also old gps still got it!!
Tftc! Managed this one even with plenty of muggles around enjoying the public holiday weather.
Reception was too spotty up here. And maybe we were looking in the wrong spot. Perhaps a hint would be good for spotty reception
What a spectacular view from up here.
After the recent rains, the cache had half a cup of water inside but the log was ok. We drained the water, signed the log and replaced the cache - lid down. TFTC

So brilliant to find such an old cache! Thanks for this. Definitely worth the detour.
On our drive from Toowoomba to Brisbane today, we decided to go a circuitous and sightseeing route.
We were not disappointed with our drive or the wonderful views along the way, particularly close to GZ here.
I lovely location to bring people to, thanks Georgie& co.

I hadn't realised how old this cache was until I got here. Very glad I came on this detour despite the day wearing on and I still don't have accommodation for tonight organised yet.
I'm treating myself to a caching holiday after a family Christmas in Mackay, I haven't had a chance to do this much caching in years. tftc

We decided to stop here for lunch today (No, not at GZ. At the picnic area up the road, along with dozens of other folk) Ambled down to GZ and through to GZ where the cache was soon in hand, logged, and replaced. Enjoyed the lookout, but couldn't see Swanbank power station. Wasn't it demolished some years ago? Over lunch, I got out the 4G modem again and the Tablet to look up details for the other ancient cache here "Raven Caven" which I forgot to download to the Etrex on Sunday. TFTC, Georgie & Co. It is great to see these old caches still kept alive since January 2003 (Long before I started caching).
I dropped my husband at Esk races and went for a drive to collect some smileys. What a great view near gz. Once at gz it was not long before i spotted this cache . Thanks for taking me here and for placing this cache here for us to enjoy
Had the place to myself and made a quick find. Took the trackable. Thanks for the cache
Big beautiful cache room for trackables & swaps. Not far from a quiet picnic table.
TFTC. No time for ravens today. Its almost sunset... and i gotta beat Skippy home

Out for an adventure from brisbane today. After taking the bush bashing trek up the range from helidon resulting in a dead end (what happens when you listen to wife instead of the stop sign.) we back tracked a bit and ended up at guses lookout. What a nice easy cache. Tftc
