Checked on this cache on 22/12/01 and it has gone. No sign of any of the contents. I must admit I'm surprised it lasted this long in such a busy location. Thanks to all who visited. I won't replace this one but look out for another near Melbourne soon. Tony.
Great location. Found on a rainy day, so virtually noone around. Took a pink bell, left a pocket knife.
About 11:30pm we stumbled across this one. We thought it would be an easier find but proved to be a little harder. The GPS was giving us around 9 meters error so it put us off but we did eventually find it. We had Dave with us for this one. Not too many walkers but still some lurking in the shadows. Took nothing left nothing.

Midnight Friday 14Sep. A beatiful spring night but still so many walkers, partyers, lovers, the sleeper on the grass and the unfortunate sitting on the rocks with his world in his plastic bags. I looked briefly but didn't really want to find it with so many spectators. So it will have to wait till another day.
Found by Ray and Maya (Nomads) on Thursday the 30th of August 2001 at 9:45PM. The search for the cache was complicated because I forgot my compass, so accurate triangulations could not be made, and the presence of partyers and walkers did not help. We felt very exposed, even wearing dark clothes. I forgot to take something out of the cache when I retrieved the log book, so we took nothing, but left a pussy figurine, which we obtained from Hills Hideaway in SA. Thanks, Ray and Maya.
Found this one on the second visit. It's actually a well lit area at night, barely no need for a torch. Good chanllenge.
Found it! And in the the afternoon with a few people around. Didn't really need the GPS because as soon as I walked out of the tunnel under the bridge I recognised it from the photos on the web site. Took about 5 minutes of subtle searching to find it. Very cool location and heaps of fun. Didn't make any exchange, just logged the visit.
We initially had a look at this site about 2 weeks ago in the middle of the day but the number of people in the area made a search impossible. Like Tony, we concluded that the only way to find this one was late a night and even then we had to be careful not to raise too much suspicion as there was still the odd person walking past (they must be odd to be out walking at that time of night!). We found it easily when I accidentally stood on it while searching and swapped a bicycle horn for the pair of scissors. Greg and Bev
Found without too much difficulty thanks to help from the previous reports. Today there were several people taking photos and climbing among the rocks so I joined them and did not feel too much out of place searching for the cache. It is well hidden but easy to find if you know what you are looking for. The cache is in excellent condition. I took nothing and added a bottle opener to the goodies.
Found by Tony & Stan 11:56pm. after deciding the only way to tackle this one was in the dead of night and it worked. After parking the car and finding we were 1.5km away we had a lovely walk along the city to the site. We initially spend a good half hour wandering throughout with no luck. Took a lot of thinking about this one. Decided to pace up and down along the front of the area looking for the pivot points back into it. After doing this a couple of times along with restarts we were able to narrow our search area down to a 5 meter corridor. We then simply followed the cachers golden rule of looking after the enviroment and simly stuck to the cleared areas. Bingo 2 minutes into this search and we located it. I then realised i had walked over it twice but as Stan had the torch i did not see it in the dark. The cache is in excellent condition and would be a real challange to find in daylight hours. Stan exchanged the mozzie repellant candle for his sydney swans life member key ring. Great fun had by both thanks for the challange Tony.
