Greetings from Geocaching.com
I have been looking at caches in the area that have been temporarily disabled for a while now and it looks like your cache has been under the weather for some time. While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block other cachers from entering the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time I don’t think we can do so any longer. Therefore, I have archived this cache. If you haven’t done so already, please pick up any remaining cache bits as soon as possible.
When repairs to this cache are completed and it is time to have it reposted, it will be no problem. Just drop me a note and let me know the GC waypoint number of the cache or better yet, the URL of the cache page. You will still be able to access your cache page just as before by going to your My Cache Page and clicking the link of your cache.
I will be more than happy to take a look at your cache again to see if it is still is within the guidelines of the Geocaching.com website for cache placement and posting.
I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and am looking forward to seeing your cache up and running in the future.
Thanks,
swampgecko

Since 2 people haven't been able to find this one indicates that it's been found by a not so nice ring in.I'll be back up that way in a while so I'll check on it then.
Hmm very disappointing. We found the rocks and looked high and low but couldn't locate the cache. By this time in the day it was getting late so we gave up and headed for home.

Have driven past this one, and the one near it many times, so decided to stop this time on my way home from Bundy.
Arrived in time for sunset (see my log on Wild View), but it was dark by the time I got to this one. Tried going straight for it without reading the instructions about the markings, and soon after I started some people arrived at the lookout, so I had to lay low for a bit, and by the time I resumed my search, it was too dark to continue. Left my torch in the car and I was in a hurry to catch the sunset.
I will be back.

Found at 1:00PM on the 15 of June by Ray and Maya (The Nomads). This was rather difficult to access as there were a lot of people on the platform enjoying the view on such a lovely day. We took a long path to the cache and approached it from the other side under cover of the scrub. The cache was easy to find as it was quite exposed. We covered it well with leaves before we left. We took the cleaning mit and left a candle. Our thanks for placing the cache.
Plantman was here on Wednesday, May 7, 2003. Took nothing, dropped off a pet rock calling card, signed in. Nice cache container.

What a view..have driven past hundreds of times and never stopped. It was getting towards sunset it looked amazing out over the mountains.
Took stickers
Left sticky tape and tomoto seeds
The Think Kids Travel Bug came just for the visit and to boost his frequent Flyer miles.
Thanks for a great cache

Found today after a short wait for the crowds to dissapate. Left some stickers and took an air freshener. The mozzies were EVIL! take some AEROGARD with you for this one. Great view !! thanks Andrew and Maryan
This is our very first find by ourselves. We took some friends to get them hooked. It was a beautiful view. A shame about the mozzies but what do you expect after all this rain we have had. The cache is in good condition and we found it ok. We took the pencil case and the packet with the rubber balls and sticker. We left a Multi-purpose car wash mit and a car air freshener. We can not wait to go out again.

Set off late in the day to look for this cache. Was just before 6pm before we arrived at the car park but we had the cache in our hands by about 6:15pm after a slog up the mountain.
We had been to this location before looking for the Wild View cache but we never bothered to venture the extra 500 metres up to the lookout at the top. The lookout would have to be the most impressive lookout I have ever seen. It's a combination of a lookout, a firetower and a telstra mobile net communications tower. The inside of the lookout is all wood with huge wooden columns. Looks nicer then my house. Of course the view is spectacular. Visitors can see out to the glasshouse mountains one direction and out to the coast the other direction. Cars on the highway look like toys. The only downside is the number of mosquitos around this area. We have to say there were alot less then last time we came geocahcing here. Last trip as soon as we opened the car doors we were attacked by hundreds of the things. This time we were fine until we had worked up a sweat going up the hill. At the cache site there were quite a few of the little biteing buggers. Had to log our find quickly.
We left a Gamera video tape we found in our football forest cache for a rubber duckie. Thanks for the cache and the excuse to climb this hill.

This is not hard to find and again well thought out great view and well worth the hike. Took playing cards and left a friend and acquaintence. Previously found wild view and tried without co-ordinates but was unsuccessful.
