Woohoo! Found this oldie. I have a December 2000 find already, so the other ones in the Bay Area kind of dropped off my radar. I decided to come get this one today and take a longer walk in Pulgas Ridge. I've only been here once, and it was a short trip just to get the MROSD cache (which is now archived.) Stage 1 is very cool. I like how the coordinates are hidden. The final took me a surprisingly long time to find, but the coordinates are good -- I just walked right by it without seeing it. Oh well! It's good that it's well concealed. I got a more in-depth tour of the local bushes than I intended, but at least I found the cache. Smile There were many hundreds of dog walkers out today, but the final is in a nicely out-of-the-way spot and it's easy to search without too much interference. Thanks to the cachers who placed this and have maintained it for over 21 years! I hope it's here for another 21.

Toycruiser, MsAAH and I were working our way from our meeting place in Dixon to the event by the parking lot. We chose a handful of puzzles, highly favorited caches or caches needed for a challenge to grab on the way there. Including lab stops, we had a list of 142 stops and planned to take 16 hours driving around. Managed to find 140 (that was my final number--MsAAH and toycruiser already had some of the caches along the way but still ended up with totals that would have beaten my previous single day record) and got back in 18 hours. This is everything I love about caching--a nice hike, a great view and a 2/2 at the end. This was needed for a particular challenge we are working on. Thanks for the hide.

This one was the 2nd most important cache of the day to get on our 18 hour day.
I was soo happy to visit here again, and now my name is stamped here as before it was under group name.
I left some Jadzea pathatgs here.
Thank you for keeping this oldie alive!!

Rip Jadzea...until we meet again ️

Out caching in the area with MsAAH and pod227. We targeted the Adventure Labs, a few oldies, a handful of puzzles and a few other caches along our way. We had lots of fun and laughs today! We always have fun finding Multi's. We have had this one on our todo list for a very long time. We enjoyed the hike up the hill, a little rough on Mrs tc as she gave blood yesterday but she made it Big Grin. Once at GZ it was pod227 who made the grab. Thanks crawburr for the fun Multi and for being part of our adventure! Gets a favorite point from us!

More to the story later, but made time today to come visit and track down this classic. Totally worth the adventure from start to finish. Beautiful day out to be wandering the hillside

We were off to the USA and Canada for a few weeks of holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed traveling around, and visiting the many different places and caches we came across Big Grin

We made our way up the hill towards this one today, and we noticed another couple lurking at GZ. Sure enough we soon spotted the GPSr they were holding, and after introductions, we had a great chat with Frisky Biscuits Smile After a bit of looking, we quickly realised what we needed, and enjoyed the walk up to GZ. We were greeted with a perfect ammo tin, and were very happy to be adding our name to the logbook Big Grin

TFTC crawburr, a fav point from us!!!
