My daughter and I sought this cache this afternoon. We went to Clue 3 first and found it without too much trouble. We live about 2 km from it. Clue 1 we nearly found but there were a group of weird people right where it looked like it would be hidden so we skipped it. We found the idol and the cache okay, but it had been robbed of everything but a tennis ball and the bags and shells. Pity, because we had a lot of fun finding it. We did not leave anything because it can no longer be considered secure.

Did this one on the way to the beach on a nice hot day. The hottest day Victoria has this summer according to the radio. Nice first location, interesting second. Had some interesting sites while standing above the final cache location. Idol still ok but cache has been plundered as mentioned by QUASAR. No log book only plastic bags and a green tennis ball and some sea shells. The cache does not appear to be very waterproof as it had some water in the bottom. Should fix this cache up, as it is a very enjoyable multi cache.

Nice one, Incans.

Found by Raymond and Connie.Took our time finding all 3 clues, quite easy to find once you have all the clues. Took Paddle ball and put back a tennis ball.

Glenn, Andrew and Matt found this on a wild wet and windy Melbourne day. I think it's been robbed though. The cache was full of empty plastic bags and a few seashells, and no logbook in sight. The cache owner may like to check this out again. I left a paddle ball game and took nothing as the cache needs to be re-stocked.

Found by muzza. This was my first cache and I was just out to see what geocaching is all about. I enjoyed it and will certainly do more in the future.
I only took my GPS so I didn't do a trade of goodies. In all the excitement of finding it I forgot to write in the log book. Will have to go back and do so. Thanks

Found by Ray and Maya (Nomads) at 6:20PM on Sunday the 23rd of December 2001, our third and last find for the day. We initially started this cache hunt some months earlier but we ran out of daylight, and with no torches, we left it for another time. We found the final location without difficulty and swapped two CD games for a blank recordable CD. Unfortunately the last visitors who wrote an entry in the cache log, failed to close the cache lid tightly and consequently water had entered. They also left some inappropriate material in the cache which fortunately absorbed the water, so when this material was removed (and disposed of appropriatly) the cache was left clean and dry again. To those visitors, your deposit was not in the spirit of the game, as children also participate (check entry of October 3). Thanks Incans for the challenge. Ray and Maya (Nomads).

No luck on this one. Got the clues ok, but when I got to the final co-ordinates, no sign of an idol. I think I found the right area, but hunted for about half an hour with no luck. Looking at one of the photos from a previous find, I may have been barking up the wrong tree. Will have to try again soon.

Also I fear I may have been observed replacing clue 3 to its rightful place. Some kids were in the area with a video camera making some kind of epic movie. If it ever makes it to the box office, look for me in the background Smile

Went to find this stash at 11pm at night. Not a good idea. At point 1 got hassled by guys looking to score (dirty smackheads). Found the clue though. At site 2 (3 I guess) took some time to find the clue. Everything looks the same colour in the dark. Once we got that it was easy to find the cache. Was a lot of fun. This was our first of 6 for the day. We had a great time and this one was our first ever multi cache. Its a pity that the second clue was missing. The caches were in great spots and easy to find. Zach (5) found the idol. We left a pack of cards and took the elastic strap.

I live locally and saw in the local paper the other week a story about the stork being cleaned and waterproofed! I wondered about the cache clue when reading the article.

Sad
Found the first location easy, nice spot for the kids too.
however spent quite a while at location 2 with nothing to show for it. By the looks of it the area has been totally cleaned, there wasnt a scrap of rubbish within 10meters of the stork. I was wandering if it could be checked?
Location 3 again went bad. after finding the stump the search proved zero return and again the protected area was in the process of being cleaned/replanted.
If someone could confirm they still exist... I will return:)

Found by Tony, Consuela and John on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Found the first site easily, crawled around on my hands and knees for ages but couldn't find the second site. The third site took a while too, after almost giving up I put some new batteries in the GPS and tried one final time and found it pretty easily. The final cache is not well sealed from the rain so if you're going to leave any treasure make sure you take a zip-lock bag. Great fun, lots of thought went into this one. We took a model train and left a blank audio tape.

Well this was an interesting one that had us busy for hours. We arrived at the location of the first one and had a good look around. All the clues were right but just could not find it. Moved on to the second one but I put the wrong co-ordinates into the GPS. it had us out in the middle of a golf course dodging stray golf balls. Worked out the prob and moved on and found the place where the 2nd should have been, acording to the clues but I am afraid it may have been removed. We then shuffled on to the 3rd and found that with no probs and that took us to the treasure which we found quite easily.
Thanks, A great day to be had by all.
Darryn, Ross, Philip, Wendy and Sheree.

Went back and found the one I'd missed. Took my wife and son and she spotted it! She's hooked on Geocaching now! From the clues we found the cache and took the keychain torch, leaving a QANTAS eraser and pencil sharpener (courtesy of 2yo Brendan!) Took a photo so will post that once developed. Good fun!

Well I think I found the location of Part 1 but couldn't locate the container, found Part 2 ok, then found Part 3 but it had the clue to Part 1 in the container! what gives?

My daughter and I spent a fun couple of hours finding the cache. A very well prepared set of clues which seem to have taken some effort to set up. Only snag we had was at the second clue where the council had decided to pick that day to do some renovations to the, errr, site. We managed to sneak past and get the clue while they were distracted talking to their supervisor. We found the cache and swapped the pouch for a CDR and bracelet. Well done.

After solving all the clues we eventually found this cache today. It was great fun. The clues were well thought out and presented which really adds a great deal more enjoyment to the hunt. We didn't hurry and it took us about 2 hours from start to finish - a pleasant afternoon's outing. There was a little water in the last container so I am not sure how waterproof these are. I can't recall any rain in the last couple of days so I don't know how it got there though. Thanks for a great challenge. Greg and Bev
