TFTC. Nice find. Beautiful dam. Sad to see that the road for the dam was closed though
Found it but decided to wander through the bush to get there maybe stick to the path.
TFTC. Quick find on our way to the dam for a sausage sizzle with friends. Beautiful day to be out and about in the great outdoors
Heading south after work for some select caches. Took the walking track from higher up to collect a few other caches along the way. A couple of kanga around.
A quick find at GZ. After the signing duties we headed over to the look out to take in the view.

Spent the afternoon on a pleasant walk doing Boulderdash and a few surrounding cache. It took just under 3 hours for 17 finds and 2 dnfs.
Pleased to find the top gate open and able to drive within 120 meters from cache.
TFTC Lyn Pat and Nathan this is find # 8020 for us.

It sounds like a prescribed burn has taken out the container. We will get up there and replace it shortly.
We have a couple of travel bugs that we have not been able to find a home that is big enough for them and they that need a safe place so we will drop them in when we replace the container.

Coordinates changed from:

Coordinates changed to:
S 32° 11.929 E 116° 4.033
Distance from original: 35.9 feet or 10.9 meters.
We replaced the container that has been burnt after a prescribed burn. The location is on top of a log (in a small hollow). This reflects the original name of the cache as the log it was previously placed under has burnt away completely.
Thanks. Pat

Cache container replaced and coordinates adjusted to reflect the original name of the cache.
There is also a 850m walk as the top gate is closed because of the recent burn off.
An E-bike would make this a dream run to the cache.
There is evidence of regrowth so it should be reopened in the near future.

We went up and replaced the container. We also moved it slightly to reflect its original name.
There is a new spoiler photo and we dropped the 2 trackables we had with us into the cache.
No need to dig this cache should be an easy find at knee height.

Teamed up with Photo-Play today for a couple of hikes around Bedfordale. Couldn't spot this one after a lengthy search, maybe due to the fire that has been through the area? Thank you for the challenge Lyn Pat and Nathan.
Teamed up with papillon367 today but had no luck here. Fire has been through the area and it may be advisable for the CO to check the well-being of this little fellow. thanks for the challenge Lyn Pat and Nathan
Thanks for a great find. Was out in the open, so we put it under a fallen tree (fitting with your clues)
Signs up the road for a prescribed burn, not sure if they will burn this far up, but worth checking

Glorious Easter day for caching and a hills wander..find for geoc ..Cache and log in good condition tftc
Took the geokids for a drive today with this cache in mind. Lovely walk to the lookout whilst getting a education about water from MR 4. Cache was found easily with the hint as the gps played havoc once we got off the path. Kids were happy it was a good size and made some swaps. Thanks for bringing us here. Tftc
Delightful spot, seen nobody all day.
Taken travel bug, it's going on long trip before I can drop it somewhere! Hope that's OK

We came looking for Miss Terry not A jasmer, BONUS! It was my turn to go out hunting while PP1 sat in the car with Barney. Bush bashed in from the upper car but as is often the way spotted the path for the return trip. Dropped a TB. The rain clouds are looking ominous so it would be sensible to head home now. TFTC Lyn, Pat & Nathan
Needed this cache for my JASMER, TomTom brought me in on the wrong side. Nice walk. TFTC
*Found this while House Sitting in Bedfordale*
*Out and about letting my GPS be my guide*...
Found myself out at the Wungong Dam this morning to fly my drone. Decided to grab a couple of caches whilst here.
Still a little 'gun shy' about leaving my car after being broken into a few weeks ago but no need to worry today.
A pleasant stroll, a short search, found cache, stamped and returned as found. Made my way down to the lookout afterwards (almost grown out)
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment Lyn Pat and Nathan. Appreciate your effort.

Well we went the really long way... Not realising that the carpark near the cache was on the other side of the dam! Note to others: If you end up at the bottom of the rock wall you have gone the wrong way! Found it in the end.
Our first Geocache!! With my sons 5,2 and 9months. Mr 5 found it on his own! We live 1k away from here. Wonderful spot! Thanks for hiding here!
Lol think we stood on this one several times trying to find it awesome cache spot
After a ftf hunt down the road we decided to grab a golden oldie. Thanks for this cache in a beautiful spot, follow the track it's easier lol always the way to follow the straight line and walk into webs and scratching sticks and then a clear beautiful path back to the car lol tftc
After a joint FTF near by Jlotsos and I decided to go for another walk to grab an oldie nearby. Parked at the upper car park and headed down the track but it was leading us the wrong way so we headed in through the open bush only to spot the track once again. So rejoined the track and ended up 20m from GZ. We headed up the slope and before long I spotted the caches well hidden hidey hole after checking nearby trees. I think i walked right past it initially a good find here and all is in perfect order with this little beauty. Lovely views here from between the trees. We took the easier route back to the car along the track. Then i read the description haha. Luckily I got the right parking spot!
TFTC Lyn Pat and Nathan. Will give it a fav for the views and for it lasting for nearly 14 years and the maintenance that has been done.
Sorry we missed you at the FTF up the road would have been nice to run into you again.

Found Trunk Calling, a regular cache – hallmark of Lyn Pat and Nathan! Took “John” TB; he is going to Mandurah geocaching event with me this Friday! LN SL TFTH Lyn Pat and Nathan.
Great fun with my nephews. It was our first time aswell. My nephews turned to me and said...this is the best treasure hunt we have ever been on Aunty
I have made it a bit of a mission of late to chase down some of the older caches in WA, and attempt to complete my Jasmer Challenge.
This cache is one of the ones that I needed to grab to fill in a date period.
I was in the area after a FTF chase and decided to come and add my name to the logbook here. I parked up at the gate on the far side of the dam, and walked over the dam wall.
Upon reaching the end of the dam, I bushwhacked up the hill on a direct line to the cache. Once I arrived at GZ, I quickly made the find and stopped for a drink.
TFTC Lyn Pat and Nathan.
Lyn Pat and Nathan, I found your cache Trunk Calling on 2/05/2016 at 1:38 PM.

Headed out this morning to finally make an assault on the Boulderdash series as I hear their life may be limited and have been on my to-do list for a long time. Started off about 8:00am and was all done and dusted about three and half hours later with no DNF's.
All in all a nice stroll with only a couple of major ups and downs. I made sure that R0gue's logs were saved on the phone before I left which came in handy at a couple of spots.
This one fills a spot on my Jasmer Grid and was a major reason for heading out this way today. Came in a more or less straight line from 'AP 564 Boulderdash' which was fairly easy going. Arrived at GZ and spent a few minutes searching before I eventually spotted the container. I was expecting something bigger, nevertheless very happy to have a smiley here.
Before I left I went over and checked out the lookout and took a couple of happy snaps, a very nice area indeed. Discovered the nicely formed track on the way out which led me almost directly to my next target.
Lyn Pat and Nathan I found your cache at 9:00am, this was the 4th of 19 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 3052. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.
SLTFTC
I'm looking forward to meeting other geocachers in Pinjarra at the 'WA GOES BIG IN 2016' event on the 4th - 5th June. Registrations now open.

Found while out & about, dam nice views! Took travel bug...soon to be on its travels
Found while caching with Me&B for the morning and enjoying the scenery.
Yeah... did not read the description properly and ended up walking the 100m through the bush. [8)] It wasn't too thick though and coords lead us right to GZ. TB is still in place. TFTC

Tftc. Thanks for the journey Boots. I found this Travel bug in upper pakenham Victoria in a nice bush location... so this special spot looked like the ideal spot to place TB boots!! In WA as promised! !
Thanks L P n N for this cache. My bro dropped off a TB and as we were signing the log it started to pelt down with rain calling our Wungong Dam cache day to an early close.
Found with my 3yr old granddaughter Skye. Her first cache and her little eyes nearly popped out finding the treasure. Took plastic bangle, left Pez Dispenser.

Nice spot. Thanks
Nice spot. Thanks
Headed out to Wungong Dam with the kids for some exploring & we found this cache after enjoying our picnic on the other side of the dam We made the short walk to GZ & it was DangerMouse09 who discovered the cache whilst I was searching elsewhere!
Thanks for showing us this spot Lyn Pat and Nathan Great views of the dam from the lookout, although the trees have probably grown a lot taller since when the lookout was first built! Cache was in good condition & well stocked.

Came out to the Wungong Dam area to hunt down the Boulderdash series and a couple of other caches nearby. The roughly 7km walk took three hours with no DNFs.
