I've decided to archive this cache. the back streets of white City now look like slum city. Hopefully someelse can find a nicer spot to hide a cache. I'll grab the container on my next visit to the city.
It appears that in the 6 years since this cache was first hidden the area has taken on a changed appearance and is no longer the White City of old.
I'll be disabling this cache till I can check on the state of the area myself. Sorry for any inconvenience.

What a crap spot for a cache, but I guess with over 120 finders it is attracting cachers to this old gem (albeit the backside!)
Found eventually amongst the rubbish, not hidden too well, so replaced a little deeper with some camo.

Coordinates had us15m inside so after walking here from Paddington Reservoir we figured out how where the entrance was and walked around. There we found bleachers and then read the bit about nearby neighbours so that did not make sense. Walked back to where we started and poked around everywhere we dared. The garbage and bagged dog pooh finally disgusted us enough that we left. Lots of walking including the walk of shame to the train station.
Found it after a bit. Bit loath to grope around in Australia with all the creepy crawlies.

Nice walk down the hill to cache. Found cache a bit exposed, so left a little more covered. SL TNLN TFTC
First time to White City and maybe last....not a very nice cache area to hide it. Rubbish everywhere and the cache was out in plain site but blended in with the other stuff.
Long walk for PT this morning and went past the spot twice to no avail ... but now that I have read some more I have a pretty good idea why I failed. Ah well, 1 out of 2 aint bad!
Alot of rubbish about nearby to this cache. Yuck thankfully I spotted the cache pretty exposed TFTC
I thought we would be here for much longer considering this one belongs to The Rats, but we were in and out pretty quick, definitely not what I expected.
I have never really got into tennis, I always hit the ball long, or into the net? Maybe, one day I will give myself another go at it.

A wired spot this was but a good view of the courts near by not what I expected fairly easy find thanks..
I have been meaning to do this for a while now and this morning presented the opportunity. Yep the Bong is still there. Quick find, hard to believe that this place used to be “the†Tennis centre

7 of 11. This is an interesting location. The Muggles seem to like to use illicit substances at the GZ. Found the cache and signed to log. TFTH
I had trouble looking for this cache, GPz was playing up a bit, and there was heaps of litter, including a bong!!!. Plucked up some courage to retreive, and quicky had it in hand. TFTH SL TNLN
Good chance for a sit down. Just hope the seat can take our combined weight. TNLNSL. TFTC.
Lovely, easy find with GeoDad, GeoMum, GeoUncle and GeoCousin from Hong Kong. Took and left swaps, took My Boomerang Won't Come Back TB, which will probably be taken to the Hunter Valley in upcoming trip next week.

I actually walked right past this cache on the way to my World Cache Stage 2 and didn;t know it was here!
It's hard to believe a place that was once incredibly famous is now a fairly run down venue. When I was VERY small, I had the great honour of being a "Ball Girl" at some important match here many years ago.

A quick find again in a series of 5 today. There were muggles about regularly but one of the advantages of using the iphone to cache is that you can sit down and pretend to be sending messages etc. Once the muggle is out of sight it's easy to replace the cache.

I was working around the corner for two days at the nearby shopping centre at one of our clients. I was hoping that business attire wouldn't hinder my search and, with only one likely spot, it turned out to be an easy find. I've heard of this place before, so it was interesting to come here. Thanks for the cache and for leading me here.
Nothing like completing an old time cache - one that was planted before we began geocaching.
As a youngster 'forced' to watch tennis over summer, it great to know exactly where 'that tournament before the real one in Melbourne' used to be played. A bit like the Sydney version of Kooyong.
TNLN - cheers Rats.

315 - Back in Sydney for another Uni week.
Arrived into the cache area after a nice walk from the SCG - spotted a likely hiding spot immediately (AusCan1965 15 - cache Love);
With no muggles in the area I quickly retrieved the cache by putting my hand onto it straight away (AusCan1965 30 - cache Love);
Signed the log after reading through some of the previous visitors including the last one also from the ACT (AusCan1965 40 - cache Love);
Still no muggles around so I quickly returned the cache to its hiddy hole and was on my way..... (AusCan1965 Game Set Match....!)

B-Team find while in the area for a work visit. There was a significant degree of uncertainty about the accuracy of my caching notes as I approached the GZ, wondering if I had made an error in transcription. However, all turned out well in the end, complete with a strong backhand finish. Took GC, left nothing. Good Luck!
An easy find, 10 minutes before I started my 30-hours-flight back home.
Just in time to drop the last coin I brought to Australia.

Parked close by, GPS wasn't helpful. Found it after thinking where would I hide it? Getting it was easy putting it back needed some stealth, muggles around, peak hour traffic.

A nice easy find, though there sure are a lot of muggles for what seems a very out of the way part of town!
It was easier to find the cache, than to find the way to the cache. I believe I took every long cut a person could take to get from Kings Cross station to the cache, fortunately it made the trip back to the station much easier.
I lobbed by the WC on push bike to find the cache [:o]
No one seemed to be home across the street and the kuertens were drawn. So I grabbed the cache between passing courier vans. It was served up quickly and I wrote my cache log right on the line
I returned the cache to it's hiding place, it should be safin there. TFTC

After walking up from the SCG, i was glad to finally make it here, though that turned to disapointment when i remembered how far i had to walk back to the hotel at central station.
After a couple of wrong turns, i finally got to GZ, and after the GPS started doing its job, i got a reasonably easy find. i dont think that todays players will ever play in a grand slam, unless its in the masters games!!!

Easy find just before attending an Art Gallery walk today. Took an orange frog and dropped TB Diabetes.
Mr Ozjeeper took the opportunity to grab this cache whilst taking a nearby detour he needed to make on his way home from work. Spent a lot longer finding it than he should have - he had determined where it probably was hidden within 60 seconds of arriving, thought "no it can't possibly be there" and then spent the next 10 minutes searching for it everywhere nearby before finding it exactly where he first didn't want to look)!
It was dark when we arrived. Took some pictures with flash and found it!

Continued on to this one from 'Koi'. Took the worst 'follow the needle' route possible but got down the right street in the end. Found the cache easily, no one was around. Liberated a geocoin and watched some group coaching before heading back in fading light.

This one was not too hard to find and thankfully the rain held off in the morning while I nabbed the cache. I had no small swaps so have taken and left nothing but have picked up two coins and will move them on. Oh yeah kept as discrete as possible so as not to alert the neighbours!

This cache broke a long string of DNFs for our trip. We were starting to think we would never find a cache again! Then saw this one and were worried we wouldn't be able to retrieve it, but it wasn't a problem. We took nothing, L a sufboard from Hawaii and a microcoin. TFTC!
A night find on the way home after a few caches during the day. Found it easily with the help of a torch. TNLN.
Found on my way from Potts Point to the Paddington Inn for a cold schooner.Gps was spot on and took me straight to it.
Put a new log book in the cache. Quite a few muggles around at that time in the morning.

Ok, maybe I'm a bit off but where I was looking, this cache definitely wasn't there. But it looks like others had found it - all I found was trash! Maybe not quite in the right place - was having some reception problems but that's kind-of to be expected.
I had found this one many visits ago, but the lure of the Geocoin meant a revisit tonight (if I am to retain acts2youthgroup's friendship ). I grabbed the Geocoin and the TB, and went on to the next one. The fronts of the pages of log book are all filled up, and people are writing their logs on the backs. I found the next free page, and you wouldn't read about it, it was opposite my original log of 20 May 2004! Thanks to The Rats for the cache.

Hello, I am the owner of "Dark Knight" TB.Please do not take him in any direction than west, I am trying to get him to do a round the world trip and he is only heading west.
Wow, almost took the wrong step of actually going into the tennis courts to start my search. That would have been very frustrating since I am on foot. Wasn't too hard to wait for a muggless approach... dropped off both Sugar Bear and Dark Knight TB's. Please help them on their way to their destinations. Thanks for a fun little cache - made for a lovely day at the first part of spring in Roo Land!
A quick and easy find. This road is like a racecourse at times. I took a walk up to the 5 corners in Paddington and need to return with my camera. A nice area for photos of traditional iron lace work. Thanks for the trip.
After being rained on for some of the day....we almost gave up....but we pushed on & found the cache. We didn't see any tennis stars of the future but it was great. TFTC.

Fifth of 10 finds for the night by the Team Booted Night Assault Squad at 2150. Have been here before, but too many muggles on a late arvo weekday to search effectively. Easy find for the Shaggy one. Thanks Rats!
Took a couple of trips to find this one. The first time, the GPSr had us 12 m the wrong side of the wall. Had us baffled for a bit. Fresh batteries and a trip back in the morning resulted in a quick find. Well hidden, but not many other places it could have been! Took a golf ball to make room for the TB that I left. Thanks for the hunt.
Found this one before the GPS had settled! Had some spare time as I was early for a regatta, so thought I'd drop in here. Not expecting to go caching, so no swaps on hand TNLNSL.
After visiting the Zoo, to see some koalas and kangaroos (wallibys), which is something you at least have to do when visiting Australia , took a walk to this cache. At first GZ was somewhere behind a fence, retrying gave a better cachelocation. Waiting for some people to pass, and trying to find GZ from the other side as well. This should be the spot, and indeed, found without any difficulty. Thanks and greetings from the Netherlands.
Had difficulty with failing light and moving GZ. But we found it in a good spot with the help of a very little torch. TN Left Klem Bear. Thanks The Rats
found this one pretty easily.
I was expecting it to be a little harder as the cache is described as Micro, however it is a small cache.
