Found @ 1:03pm.
Tenth cache attempted on a day of wandering around SF. Looked at tackling a group of caches around the financial and waterfront area that would make for a nice walk. The GPS struggled in the concrete canyons so the clues and descriptions proved vital in allowing success.
Cool location and I snapped a few pics of this unusual landmark. Unfortunately I hit at lunchtime on a workday so there was as many muggles as seagulls around. In addition the 'water' was empty and coucil workers were cleaning it all over with high pressure hoses.
I stealthed in and found the cache. It was soaked. Needs attention - wet right though. I left it in the sun to dry out a little and signed it anyway. Good location but now needs servicing.

STL TFTC Fun -
They must have just drained the fountain, because there were still puddles on the bottom. Easy find - very soothing after two nearby DNFs.
It was still foggy when I came by here, so the muggle factor wasn't high. I had forgotten the description and hint, so I just poked around until I found something out of place. TFTC

I had to confirm what TeamM wrote - the "rack" for the cache is there, but the cache is not attached to it

.Did find "the device" used to keep the cache in place but no container attached. Tried to search under water but no luck.
