Didn't know this was unavailable........... it was quite funny seeing Mr Moose scrambling around..........
Didn't find it even with a good poke around the bush. i have now realised that the unavaliable geocaches show up as blue flags on my GPS
Nice spot for this cache, which we found on our journey to Melbourne after the mega event in Wagga Wagga. TFTC!!!
The cache is reletivly dry concidering it's location.
I found it without too much bother and the "log" signed.
Agreed, it could use a better container and a new log book.

I'm another cacher that decided to give this locale a visit, despite the cache being off-line, and the effort was worth it. Thanks embi & j for bring me into this neck of the woods. Found while participating in the 2009 GReat Victorian Bike Ride.
The nearby sign post had me checking the coords in the GPSr - I initially thought it was some weird Victorian thing of signposting the longitude - but West??

Nice spot. Enjoyed the walk to the cache and the view from the cache. When we'd finished the finding, signing and rehiding we clambered onto the beach and watched the waves crash against the rocks. Thanks for a great cache.
Found it and enjoyed the view from below.
Cache is in need of repair.
Sorry nothing to leave except our note and nothing taken.
Easy find, cache a little damp, not totally prepared didn't leave or take anything
Beautiful deserted little beach with rockpools, had the sun been shining that is! Cache is leaking a little and things are pretty wet. TFTC

Found by Facitman and Mrs Facit at 17:50
Mrs Facit and Facitman were enjoying a few days at Moggs Creek and stopped at this cache while heading to Lorne for dinner. A nice quick find and great to see a classic embi container still in the wild, be it somewhat weathered. Not that surprised to find no tolls in it but relieved me a bit of guilt as we were not prepared for a toll swap.
Wiped out the container and re packed to hopefully reduce the moisture.
Thanks embi & J, we always enjoy picking up caches hidden before we joined the game

After driving from Adelaide we have seen many awesome places, this place was just perfect to stop off. It was great to read some local history about the place, Thanks
On holidays at Anglesea and took a day trip to Lorne. On the way home we hit the 'Find Nearby Caches' button and stopped at this cache. The cache was very easily found by geokiddie. However whilst we were looking at the cache paperwork we noticed two whales making their way down the coast less than 200m off shore. Very exciting !!
Quick find with Larry Axl and family. So fast junior cachers had it found before we even reached the areas. Not too many muggles as it is "Winter" (or what passes for winter in Australia). Dropped and retrieved USA Geocoin.
Beautiful day in a scenic area.

The cache was quickly located after a short walk by Mr O and JO08, but signing the log was a rushed affair as muggle families were approaching on the beach. No contents were spilled and thankfully no cachers were spotted in the caching of this cache. TFTC.
Quick find on the way home from Lorne, interesting to know the origins of the toll system on the Great Ocean Road. Sorry we had no scratchy and the log needs replacing. TNLNSL TFTC
We visited the Lorne Newsagency and Tattslotto outlet to purchase a scratchie, but they don't sell them! Perhaps that's why nobody has left one to pay the toll? We left some pages from our trusty GeoPad so those who come after us can log their visit! TNLN TFTC
Found on a beautiful Autumn day. Had the area to ourselves. Thanks for the cache...lovely to stop and investigate an area driven past many times. Very difficult to sign log as there is ...ABSOLUTELY no space left to write on. Sorry, had no scratchies, so TNLN.
Wish I could have found this one but there were way to many muggles around. No way to get at it so I moved on. Great surf spot though. Thanks for at least hiding a cache to get me there.
Great hide and a beautiful stretch of coastline!! Had no scratchies so paid some coin instead.

Parking here is no problem!
The history of the making of the road and the fact that it was a toll way was fascinating. Even though we have traveled this was more than once, we had no idea of the history.
TNLNSL TFTC, find #582 for Echo & Spice.

Our only find today as we were having more of a beach day than a caching day. This is the second of this style of caches we have visited and it appears people don't get the gist of what to do. Either people don't read logs or we have a cacher amongst us who needs to seek help from gamblers anonymous. We enjoyed the hunt and the view from GZ but made no swaps. A new log sheet would help as there seems to be precious little room left to leave your tag. SL TFTC
Found with Kiwi Explorer while on a caching road trip through Vic & SA.
Found the cache but lost my offsider going into this one. He eventually caught up after returning to his car to get his GPS to locate GZ.

Found while on a caching road trip with Konie. I was busy reading the cache page while following Konie down the steps but fell behind and then lost him completely, went back to the car and grabbed my gps to track him down at gz. Nice spot and interesting history. TFTC.

Found with Bushfire whilst out on one of our caching forays. The container is a little worse for wear and the logs could do with some updating. Thanks though for the hide along some of the best coastline in the world.
This was an easy find after our last one but some drama was happening as we arrived as the Fisheries people were escorting a group up the steps and they did not look very happy. NI-NO but needs a little attention and we put the cache in a zip lock bag.
What a great beach. I found the cache while the weather was perfect.

What an awesome beach!
Just after we found this cache at 14:00, we saw another cacher on the hunt. We just read their log visit and are happy to say that we didn't see the snake they saw... but maybe it isn't so good that we didn't see it...
T: Stratchie (but didn't win)
L: $1 and a Chinese coin

Went looking for this one after dark for something to do, took a torch, found it no worries. Shops all closed in town so we could not change a scratchie, so TNLN. A scratchie is still in the cache.
Another fine stop along the GOR. Wandered down to GZ and soon spied a very unusual cache container. Unfortunately, I didn't have a $1 on me and left the only scratchie left in the cache for another cacher. Nice serene spot, had the whole place to myself except for one lonely fisherman.
Did this one while on the our G.O.R. adventure in Vic. nobody in the parking area so we fitted easily.
Wandered down to Gz had a poke around in all the possible spots except for the most obvious and then looked there. Found as the rain began to fall.
Left : A Scratchie
Took : A Million Dollars Ned Kelly Bank Note
Thanks

This cache gave us a chance to stretch our legs as we drove along the Great Ocean Road. Thankfully , the rain stopped long enough for us to make the find without getting wet. TFTC.
I couldn't count the times I've driven along this beautiful road without visiting this delightful little beach. Geocaching is taking me places I wouldn't otherwise go. Cleaned up some rubbish, didn't take the million dollar note (for fear of what might happen), and left a token instead of a quickpick. Couldn't buy one in Lorne or Aireys Inlet.
Zeron Jnr was very interested in the million dollar note, but I ensured him it was just for fun. So we paid our due and left.

We found the cache just as it started to rain. A couple of muggles were fishing on the beach, but were not concerned with us. Cheers Gav [1349]
Amazingly the cash was still there! Found with the rest of the Kiwis. TNLN, Thanks.
Unfortunately we couldn't linger here as it had started raining. We were enjoying the drive though despite the weather. Many thanks.

Found by Cheeeeese2001. On a quick weekend trip down from Sydney, we spend Sat driving along the road looking at the sights.Took at little while to find this one, Took nothing, left nothing, then raced off as we were all busting.
We found this one after some extensive poking around. Then common-sense prevailed.
It had a fair amount of cash in it but no scratchies.
We didn't have a pen so couldn't sign.
Thanks.
