I had a bit of a look for this one, not knowing it had been archived at the time. I actually found the cache lid, but nothing else. Oh well, c'est la vie!
Found on an evening bike ride.
The cache is in need of SERIOUS TLC!!
It was found out in the open, without a lid, with the log scroll hanging out of it. Amazingly, the coins are still there. The pencil is also broken.
Had a look around for the lid, but no sign of it anywhere. I packed the contents into the container as best I could, and tucked it away out of sight and hopefully away from any rain.
The log scroll is actually still in pretty good nick, but I doubt it will last long in this condition...

Found at 10.45am in the company of my nephew's two young children who of course are now hooked on the game. "Is there another one?" We have been camping in the caravan park since 1986 and have seen it change from a very rough and rustic place to a high class (camping perspective) resort! Thanks Hardunits Took: $2 Left: 1 Euro
Found this one easily, and there's no need to walk through the caravan park, when the Surf Lifesaving park is open access and practically next door. I do normally hate micros but this one was fun!
Took: American Quarter
Left: Australian $2
(That's about our exchange rate isn't it?)

Found by myself, ahead of Leah (which makes a nice change) at 4pm. We didn’t make any swaps but did enjoy the walk through the caravan park and the view from the hiding place. Just as we re-hid the cache a couple of families with little children came up to the platform – miniature people for a miniature train I guess. Thank you for making this cache available and giving me the chance to check out the area.
Found 12:25, looks like the cache has been attacked with a whipper snipper whilst a little track side maintenance was going on (the cache container is still intact but bears the scars of a close encounter).
TNLN, thanks HardUnits.

Nobody but geocachers would be silly enough to be out and about in this weather! Found by G3 pretty easily. The log is pretty much full but we didn't have any spare paper. Next person to visit should probably bring along a new strip for the log. We took a United Arab Emirates coin and replaced it with one from friendly neighbour Israel - 5 agorot. Thanks! GGG
After not being able to do The Coral Enigma we went a bit further on and found the cache. Nice quiet spot today. TNLNSL
Hey our first night find. Forgot the Euros though
Been here before in the daylight so we knew the area.

Thanks Hard Unit

What a difference a day makes, weather wise. Found easily with partner. No swaps by me.
Not quite the end, but near enough, I suppose found easily. It was a real tight fit to get it all back in the container, so I took the largest item, a 100 frank coin from New Caledonia and left a US Quarter. The log is in bad need of replacing, being both full and tattered. Thanks HardUnits
Great little cache. Some conservationists in area planting trees when we arrived. But they soon left. Grabbed the cache and swapped a Quarter for 100 Pacific francs.
Found by George Jetson (Rob & Em) 20 June 04
Fairly obvious but happy nonetheless to find it so easily.
Yes we had to be precautious finding this one, after sitting at the nearby seat, an older couple took a walk right by GZ (maybe to see what we were doing/had done).
Like some other co-cacher's, we did the read on the dune stabilisation till they had left.
Sorry, no foreign coins, swapped the AU 1 cent for AU 10 cents (10 fold increase !!!)
See you Hard Units.

Easy find. T - UAE coin L - NZ 10c (HD Jnr liked the swap for his collection).
Tks Guys.

Found this one at 11.40am on a sunny but windy day. Didn't realise the train came this far, as we've never travelled on it.
TNLN as we had no foreign coins with us.
Thanks HardUnits, we enjoyed the view out to sea.

TGDU with Dark Steed in tow found it. Great timing for Charley Barley and Mr Pops - the puffing Bill was just leaving as we arrived.
TNLN as the coins were left in the car - Doh.

The Broons had been here before but didn't realise a cache was here. Found easily and left an Australian 1c coin. Took nothing. Was interesting seeing all the different coins.
An easy find, even if the strong southerly wind tried to blow us off the beach. Nikki the WonderDog enjoyed the stroll.
Left Malaysia and took United Arab Emirates. Thanks for another great cache.

Found by Ray and Maya (The Nomads) at 3:50PM on the 31st of December. Another easy find. We were here last Saturday on the train. Little did we realise we were within 1 Metre of the cache. We had no foreign cash on hand so we made no swap. Thanks from The Nomads.
Was taking the Geopup for a walk and decided to bring the GPS just in case. It was a nice find at 10:15 this morning. Took nothing left nothing as had not read the clues first. Will go back another time when more prepared. Overcast day so no one around to make this one difficult. Thanks for the fun!
Found at 12:45.
Nobody here, so it was an easy find.
A nice place to sit and write the log.
Took a Chinese coin, left a US 5c.

Second time here, missed it first time, but the clue helped. Our first ever geocache ! great fun indeed. Found at 1900h. Took nothing, left nothing. Had a Geo-pash.
Team Geopash went for a quick drive along on the beach in the brand new 4x4 after finding the cache. Defintely hooked now !

My second shot at this one. Last time I came during school holidays and the area was *much* too busy.
Found easily at 1345. No foreign currency handy, so made no swap.

Had to wait for the train to arrive and haul away the waiting passengers.
Bill # 6 was chuffing away. Whilst we waiting we read about the conservation of sand dunes & sea grasses
Emma Gave the 'signal' and the swap was done!
TOOK: Asian Coin (with hole in middle)
Left: Canadian coin
Thanks Hardunits

Went for a stroll down a windy beach dodging the squalls. Found the cache fairly easily but the smallest foreign coin I had was a NZ 50 cent which wouldn't fit. TNLN.
Found this one with Bruce and Liz a while ago and forgot to log it. Bit more difficult at nite. Thomas wasn't running, but we were a little afraid of Ghost Trains.
This is my first find and had no problems. The clue gives it away, so I guess I shouldn’t have read it straight away. I was staying in the camp site just behind the railway line. It was amusing to see others looking for the cache a few day’s later. Took nothing as the balance was getting low, left some coins from the UAE.
Very sneaky hiding spot, hopefully this one will last a little longer than the last cache hidden in this area!! Left a bicentenary quarter from the US, and took a mexican coin. Thanks Hardunits!!
Left Martian currency. Did not walk around in circles too long. Great Spot, thanx HardUnits.

last cache of a 7 cache fest in the wee hours.. found at 3:30am there was a fishing weight on the signal we took.. other than that took and left nothing! Cheers guys! great cache!
Nice easy one. Aaron, one of the Hardunits was in attendence to make sure we (James and I) didn't mix our signals.
With James wanting the GPS to himself it was a race to find it first - whilst keeping an eye out for looming locos.
I was going to leave a $100 note behind but the container was full so I just left a cache note instead.
Thanks Guys
Kevin

Nice one, took the dog with me to find it. Needed a break from listening to what seemed like another dismal loss for the Cats. Took sinker left Mexican coin, but due to idiocy the sinker is still there...
found by the animal cachers!
a nice spot 4 a cache.
took republic of austria coin & left chinese coin.
thanx.

Aan easy find right on GZ. I hadn't read the printout beforehand so I didn't have any money. Took nothing but left an metal ingot. Thanks HU
Found by Mary & David at 0930. One of those places interstate visitors would never see if not for geocaching. Not too many spectators around so no difficulty in retrieval. Took Malay 20 coin and left Aus 5c. Thanks again, HardUnits.
Very pleasant location late this afternoon. Found no problem. Left Malaysian currency and took USA coin. Thanks Hardunits.
Nice to see a cache at this spot again. It is such a cacheable location. Missed out last time. Left 10 grochen for a singapore dollar. Some pigs have been as well.

Had a quick look on the way past for the GC2D8F Go West Young Man cache. Yep I think its gone.
Even though it's a micro I located the cache quickly as there ain't too many other places it can be. TN&LN

Hmm only 48 metres from the old archived GC2D8F Go West Young Man cache. When I get down that way I might check the old hiding place to see if it is really gone.
