Sixth of twenty-six caches on my first day in Davis. I like cemetery caches, and I like virtual caches. Despite its being Sunday, the church was closed, and there was no sign of the caretaker. I enjoyed gathering the information at 1145, but the dates told a sad story about the family. An email has been sent to the owner. My thanks to normanb for the cache.
Interesting drive out here. We didn't know the park or the wildlife preserve existed. Neat little church, too, and a very peaceful resting place.
[BLUE][B]Howdy from TRAKD[/BLUE][/B]
Out caching in the [red]Republic of Davis[/red] with fellow [8] “[B]OCG[/B]†[8] member “[blue]Scott&Shelly[/blue]â€. We had just finished another nearby cache and just had to make this one our next stop. We followed the arrow to the spot and BINGO! The marker was a little hard to read but I think we got the information. I sent it and thank you for the interesting little Church. [green]Cheers[/green]
