Visited the area on my one day visiting Baltimore while holidaying in Washington from Australia. The Grand Prix was on and the entrance to the area was blocked/fence, so an e-mail was forwarded to the CO and I hope all is ok with my log.

Found with the family while exploring around the harbor before the A's/Orioles game. I'll email the quotes shortly.

When I arrived in Baltimore, this cache showed up as the nearest one to our hotel. Since our hotel is in East Harbor, it was 2 or 3 times further than advertised. I am leaving today and I just can't leave a virtual this close behind. Answers on the way. Thanks for a fun find in a great city!

We had absolutely perfect weather while enjoying the Inner Harbor today. After a trip to the nearby Science Center, we walked up to Federal Hill to enjoy the fantastic view of downtown Baltimore. While there we noticed the mast monument down below and wondered what it could be. Well after checking the Geocaching app, there was a virtual cache right at the monument!

So we walked back down, and started reading about some of the local maritime history. After snapping a few pics and jotting down the answers to the question, we were off to dinner at the Kona Grill! This was our first virtual cache and we figured what better day to get it than International Geocaching Day! TFTC and contributing to our great day at the Inner Harbor!

I am in the area from Savannah Georgia for work and of course I remembered my G P S'r so that I could feed this addition of Geo Caching. I went on a Webcam, Virtual, Earth Cache run today that spanned from Baltimore to the Chesapeake Bay coast. I was able to see a lot of great locations and enjoyed the caches. All is well here and the August streak continues. Remember, it is all about the miles and the smiles ~TFTC

A nice memorial. My only find in Baltimore, which we stopped in to get a cache or 2 driving home to New York. TFTVC!

Out with MDGPSnoopy on a quest to find TheCachingKs 1,800th. Coords were right on for this one and a quick check of several locations yielded the location to obtain the authors of the quotes. Gets an FP for bringing us to this location and we will email the CO shortly with the requested info. TFTC!

We live nearby and have walked by many times without ever stopping to take a look at this. Tftc
