Read the logs after we searched for a while with no luck, how many needs maintenances have to be submitted before the CO checks on this one ? maybe it a needs a Needs archiving log placed if the CO is not going to check it.
In light of all the DNF's, I am going to put a 'Needs Maintenance' request in to the CO...
Thanks
Thanks
The new GPS sent me in a slightly different direction with the same result

Found the shrubs, distracted the bull ants with an apple core, didn't throw rocks and didn't find it either. A dusty spot.
Muggle dogs like making noise.. looked but no success.

Not sure if we found the right spot but we found what looks like a hole but no cache. Ouch the bull ants certainly hurt though!
On our tour of Australia via Oz Mega we are currently staying nearby and decided to head out and grab just 1 cache to continue our geo streak this afternoon after many household (caravan) chores.
1 turned into 6 searches including a DNF
Unfortunately this was our DNF and reading the previous logs seems there has been problems here before. Definitely worthy of a CO checkup we thinks.

Stopped here to drop off an appropriate TB but no luck finding it this time saw the local residents and the containers home but not the container, it has been a while since we last found it so it may have moved
While Mr Crackers was riding the NEXY trail Mrs Crackers decided to do a few caches before she met the group at the end. I came here from Prop Wash, it was turning into an aviation day. Unfortunately there was no aircraft activity today but on the other hand it did leave the area clear for a quick search made even quicker when I spotted the bull ants.
Thanks Mardyboy for the cache.

Out caching with Dr Owl and CPwanderer this afternoon. This was a quick find. Took TB TFTC
A quick find for CP Wanderer, owl and Ismartis as the cache was in the open. It has been covered up with what was probably the original cammo.
Easy cache but the view was the highlight. We stayed to watch a few planes come into land.
Drive by find with LeeRock while knocking off a few numbers in the area.. cheers for the cache
Ventured out after work to find some GCs close to the RAAF base. Quick little find at the threshold of the runway. TFTC Mardyboy!

Heading over to South Oz with steeba, Farmer Frentzen and Big Matt, it was great to have the gangsters back together for another SA invasion, last time we were here was 2009.
We found this cache as part of the many series/trails and singualr caches we found over our 4-day spree. Our trip has created many milestones, none better than our own new one-day record and a new monthly tally.
I apologise for the duplicate log, by no means does it detract from the enjoyment of finding this cache. Thanks to contributing to the gangsters invasion.

Our 8053rd overall find.
Found with "The Gangsters", steeba, The Rats and FarmerFrentzen on the final day of our SA 2013 trip. Today we travelled from Kapunda to Adelaide focusing on the Five Oh, It's a Small World and PSA series and then back to the airport to head home. This is find number 166 of 171 for the day. Our neighbours are being transferred here next year, the cache was found quickly.

Found with The Rats, FarmerFrentzen and Big Matt and Shell as part of a ‘Gangsters’ trip to tackle the many power trails in South Australia over a 4 day period.
Shame we saw no planes coming in today.

Found during another invasion of South Australia with The Rats, Steeba, Big Matt and Shell (collectively known as The Gangsters).
It was 2009 when we were last together as a group in South Australia to set a 24 hour record but with the advent of power trails the game has certainly changed! This time, we weren't here to break any records but to enjoy picking up some good numbers over the variety of the trails that seem to be popping up everywhere in South Australia.
This was one of the last finds made on a very frantic run back to the airport to catch our plane.
Thanks Mardyboy for the cache.

Great to see a plane practicing circuits here.

Since I dont feel like doing anything productive today at work being a Sunday and all I decided to grab this one on the way. Been to the bird bath plenty of times but never visited the area on this side of the fence. New perspective from this end.
No one around this early today and all the ants must have still been asleep too!

Have flown past (driven quickly) this one thousands of times and today finally got on finals.
The parking nazis certainly don't want anyone hanging around here. All the activity at Edinburgh recently could lead to some great conspiracy theories :p
signed and took off. tftc

Quick find ... but what is it with all these 'No Standing' signs all around here.
Felt a bit guilty parking the geomobile here.
But fortunately it was a quick find, and the paperwork was done quickly.
Added Seek3rs sticker and date to the log.
Then quickly away!

Another one found by geowife. I must be getting slow in my old age! It's more like as soon as the car stops she bolts while I'm still applying handbrake and turning the engine off! Took a keyring and left a smiley ball. Dropped off Geocoin Club - February 2011 Geocoin. TFTC Mardyboy!
Came through on the way home from the APM power trail. A quick find once there were no muggles driving by.
Left a calling card. TFTC

Called past and thought that I would check on the health of this cache.
Replaced the container as it still had a large hole in the bottom and added Geocaching print out for the cache.
Replaced zip lock bag that the log was in.

Found with Fred6603 on our SA adventure trek. A great day for a bike ride on the NXY series & time for a few more caches after lunch as well. A nice quick find and no muggles about today. TFTC,

Found with Roostaman at 1140 on our South Australia odyssey. Just grabbing a few caches on the way back to Williamstown after doing the Northern Expressway Bike series.
Thanks Mardyboy.
Thanks Mardyboy.
It was easy to spot where the cache was but the challenge was getting in there, grabbing it and getting back to a safe place to sign the log. Putting the cache back required another quick dash in and out. The cause of all this haste - if we'd stood still for more than a second then we'd have become ant fodder. TFTC
Cache needs maintenance.
Corner of cache container is broken.
Tipped contents into a zip lock bag and placed log book in a zip lock bag as well.
Swag will need to be sorted out as there is a lot of dead bugs in there too.

Found in the company of the Chief (Dad) and the Walenators 5 days into our SA adventure. A good way to get my driving hours up! Heading out to Gawler, with bikes! TFTC
Remind me again, why this I do. Locus cache, no brains have you. Rainy night, ground slippery & wet. Why is it that boots you do forget? Here I stand in shorts & thongs with busy bull ants around me in throngs. The cache I spy but between it & me, the ants do lie. I lift my feet in double time, so my legs the ants can't climb. Millipedes in hundreds abound, over rocks & on the ground. Yet despite this, on finals I roar & soon this cache adds to my score SL. TFTC
parked off the road to do this one and some cheeky bugger did a power slide around the corner and covered both myself and the inside of my car with fine dust,no more open windows for me.TFTC
No movements while I was visiting today - unless you count the ants that went flying once I realised that they were crawling up my legs.
Thanks for the cache Mardyboy.
