This cache has gone for the second time, as the spot is not that great will not be replacing it..

No find, Searched all the 'obvious' places. There was a nice gooseberry bush which will be ready for picking in mid to late December. Gooseberry jam is the best! It seems an unlikely place to have been muggled so perhaps I was just not looking well enough, and its a small one too [)]

Couln't find this one. Have read the logs since being back home and you said that you had moved it. Bad luck I should have read the logs before going out

Found it this time. + lock. - compass/carabina thing.

08-Apr-04
Nothing wrong with this new location; it's an interesting construction.
Mama Bear was playing with the metal puzzle, but she solved it with half of it going Ping! and getting lost in the litter!

Took: half a puzzle (!)
Left: carabiner compass

Thanks; another place we'd never have thought to stop at!

Cache has become a bit waterlogged Sad
Maybe next person planning a visit could pick a nice sunny day and allow plenty of time to dry things out.
Left the dice from Clear Waters cache and took the Penguin.
Cheers

On a work trip down to Dunedin thought I would take detour number 5... Followed Bruce by about 1.5hrs and yes the cache was a little waterlogged - did not have time to spend letting the cache dry out Wink
No exchange, Cheers
Nick.

It was a fresh, clear morning as we set out from Oamaru. This is a really interesting spot and a well hidden cache. Thanks. We left a roll of insulation tape and took the nail clippers.

Found it in about 15 minutes. No exchanges made. What a great location for a cache, with many great hiding places. Ross and family visited this and your Clear Waters cache earlier in the day. Cheers, Donovan.
